Review Time
It couldn't have been easier! We knew what we wanted as we'd reviewed the item online, I ordered it in-store, paid for it (that was the painful part 😖 joking!) and collected it from the store's rear entrance. Job done! The staff I encountered couldn't have been more helpful. I sincerely hope this is helpful.
Typical. Artful customer service. Put it on here. And said Chief Executive Simon Roberts. Should get it in order. And of course no reply from. Him. Or even one of his people. Because obviously his customers are not important enough. And no not on X. So don't say go on there. To be spoken to by a computer or by someone who has no idea about anything.
The advertisement of a schedulable timeslot is great marketing and led to my purchase. Shame that it is a total con. Not only did the delivery not happen, no reschedule was provided and it was unclear if a refund would be processed as the delivery was 'in progress'
