Hi team. I very happy with the service/fault resolution that Ariston have provided. The selection of the local Bournemouth company 'Total Boiler Care' is great. Each time there is an issue, from logging a call with Ariston , we have had Total Boiler Care onsite within 6 working hours. I would give them 6 stars. Problem is we have had 4 serious issues needing Ariston support in the last 13 months. The boiler is just over 7 years old, so we still do not get charged, but with 9 months left on the guarantee what can we expect going forward. I question how good the product is ? But 6 stars for 'Total Boiler Care'.
I booked for a yearly service with status heating Who you recommended.My heating and hot water was working with no problems.when the engineer finished doing my Service I had NO hot water and NO heating I’m not impressed. He said that the office will call me for someone to come back out to replace the parts on the boiler.I called them just after he left I spoke to Ruby at status she helped and booked me in for the Friday. Friday Came NO engineer so that left me with no hot water or heating for a week I did get a engineer to come and repair the boiler eventually but before he left,I did mention that it was dripping he told me that he had tightened up something inside and it was working all good fortunately that was not true because just after he left I looked It was still dripping water so I got back in touch with Ruby to come to get it put right maybe in the next visit it’s going to be put right 🤞🏻
