Do not buy from this company. They have a London address on their website to trick ppl into thinking they are Uk based but send items from China. I received a dress for my daughter which didn’t fit and they emailed me saying I need to return it to China and it will cost ME between £17 and £43 when dress only cost me £25

The absolute worst!!!!! Run away!!!

I wish I had checked the reviews on the website before order. The absolute WORST! Returns are in China at the customers cost! Their website says it’s a UK brand but it’s all a lie. I am working to get my money back but they are coming back with giving me a bit of money but I will NOT accept it because this should have been advertised on the website. Do not order from them at any cost. The quality is awful and the process is disgusting.

Do not buy from this website. It's a SCAM!!! The dress I bought is a poor version of the images in the listing. The zip came faulty. Tried to email a few times to their support team to return the goods. Got one email asking what wrong with the dress and no more reply. The phone number is a dud. This is very obvious a Chinese company using a Covent Garden address to sound legit and product sent from China

The item ordered took 3 weeks to arrive and was meant to be a size 8 pair of shoes - they were a size 6 at best. When I went to return them they did not accept responsibility told me I would have to pay for my return to China. They offered me a 20% refund if I did not want to send them back - appaling service especially as the product was not fit for purpose. Arlo Streetwear offer a poor service and unfortunately are a product of the times we live in where people prey on social media advertising. I was duped and will be far more careful in future only going with known trusted suppliers.

AVOID - do not waste your money!If I could give zero stars I would. The company is a total sham. Advertising like they are a UK comany but the products come from China. Poor poor quality, sizing is awful! Customer service number that does not work and nobody replies to emails. No way of sending back.

DO BUY FROM ARLO STREETWEAR!

If I could have put no stars then I would. I'm feeling very disappointed and let down my this company. I ordered a swimsuit that arrived well after the 4 -6 days as detailed in their shipping policy. I had to order another swimsuit from another company as I needed it for a certain day for hydrotherapy after surgery. It then became apparent that the item was coming from China. The item took about 10 days to arrive and so I asked for a refund. Eventually I got a reply and the options were 20% off to keep it, or pay to have it shipped back to china. The Covent Garden address on the website is a sham to make people think it is a UK based company and that returning goods will be easy. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Absolutely shocking quality of clothing, and a return policy that makes you pay to ship to china even though there business is registered in the uk. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!!!

Avoid at all costs!This company is completely misleading. They claim to be based in London, UK, but are actually operating from China. The quality of the item I received looks nothing like what was shown on their website. When I requested a return, they told me I’d have to ship it back to China at a cost of around £30, and only offered a 30% refund instead.I am currently pursuing a refund through my bank, as I believe this company is deceptive and not to be trusted. I wish I had read the reviews before making purchase
