Misleading Advertising

I'm very disappointed with my order. It's nothing like what was shown online—definitely misleading advertising. They only offer a 20% refund if I keep the item or I have to pay to return it. I'm not happy at all!

Regret Not Reading Reviews Sooner

I wish I had read the reviews before making my purchase. I ordered two dresses (the same style in different sizes), and when they arrived, they were nothing like the pictures, and neither fit. I contacted them to return the items, and after several days of emails, I received a response offering an exchange. I requested a refund instead, and now my emails are being ignored. I have reached out to my credit card company for assistance! Has anyone successfully managed to get their money back?

How to Get a Refund from This Service

This service is a scam. They will take your money for poorly fitting, low-quality clothing and refuse refunds. If they deny a legitimate refund, report the transaction as fraud with your bank (my bank refunded me during their investigation); mark their ads as fraudulent; and report them to trading standards through the appropriate channels.

The clothing is very poor quality and takes weeks to be delivered. I have emailed the company 2 times to ask how to return the garment but they are not responding. I believe you have to pay for the garment to be sent back to China

Quality of goods is poor

Quality of goods is poor. Can’t refund you as based in China, so shipping cost is quoted at £45 to return, even though they advertise as being based in London.Do not buy from this company, it’s a con.

Avoid

Scam site, after reading the reviews, I cancelled my order within ten minutes of placing it. Customer services were quick to respond, and reassured me that the item would not be sent. I did eventually get a refund. But I still keep getting emails saying the dress has been dispatched - from August.

If I could give it less than one star I would. It’s a terrible company with terrible quality clothing and then they refuse to refund you saying you need to pay for postage back to China at your cost despite the clothing being terrible quality and unusable. If you’re thinking of buying from this company please don’t! It’s a scam!

Do NOT buy! I bought shoes which cost over £30 they arrived too small and made of rubbish material almost like cardboard! I message asking for a refund was offered 20% refund and to keep the shoes or return at my own cost to China! It was hardly worth my while posting them back with the cost of postage, so I gave them to charity. Wish I had of read reviews prior to purchasing!

FAKE WEBSITE

Wouldn't even give this company 1 star if I didnt have to. They advertise what they cant provide, refuse to cover return costs and tell you it needs to go to China to try to prevent you returning it. They offerered a 20% refund for me to keep the ugly item, i eventually argued and got them up to 40% and now they have stopped replying so will never see my money. They should be shamed
