DO NOT ORDER FROM HERe ! I ordered a dress for a wedding which I thought was a uk based company(it states this on website) dress was poor quality took weeks to arrive and was actually coming from china! To return I was informed it had to be returned to china at a cost of between £17 and £34 , I complained that no where in the returns policy does it say returns were to china , they offered partial refund if 15% , after many emails back and forth got absolutely no where they are theives avoid at all cost , I’m not even gonna return the dress due to reading other reviews , a big lesson learnt how these people allowed to get away with this !
DO NOT ORDER - they are not transparent with their advertising, returns policy or shipping information. Disgusting treatment - they will mislead you and then take your money. I will be reporting to trading standards. Shocking in this day and age that this is allowed to happen. They need closing down.
A complete scam. Ordered 2 pair of shoes. Cheap quality and too small. Tried to get a refund and offered to exchange for an extra £9. Keep the ones that didn't fit. Why would I do that. Like the last reviewer they also told me it will cost me £37 to send to China. Will pursue through my credit card company. Didn't realise I was able to do that so thank you my fellow reviewers. Total scam 😒
Absolutely shocking!! Do not order from here!!!Delivery’s come from china and take weeks to deliver!! I ordered a dress for a wedding and still haven’t received my order, I’ve waited weeks. Website shows that the orders are coming from London, but when you look into tracking your order it shows that it’s coming from china. Shocking, I hope this company gets closed down.
AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!Ordered 3 dresses as options for a wedding knowing I would be sending at least 2 of them back. I should of read the reviews before ordering. Website says they are based in London, after a week or so after ordering I decided to check the tracking number to give me an indication of delivery and realised the clothes were coming from China.Dresses were very poor quality and a terrible fit. I emailed the address on the website and was offered a partial refund of 20% and to keep the dresses which I refused and wished for a full refund. They then offered me a partial refund of 30% which I refused again. I have returned these now at a cost of £28 at the post office!! Please avoid this website!!
They ship from China, I think it's the same stuff on Shein! Packaging was awful. You have to pay for return shipping which is sometimes normal but you have to ship ot back to China!! Makes you lose a lot of money. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
I ordered a pair of shoes in good faith as what seemed a reasonable price @ £38. They arrived and the quality was extremely poor. I emailed to be advised on the return goods process and was told the return would be addressed to China?? and could cost up to £43, more than the shoes were allegedly worth. They even suggested having a replacement pair with an additional postage cost of £6. Total rubbish, total scam. I will be pursuing a refund through my credit card company who will hopefully blacklist these charlatans from any future purchases. Buyers beware, total and utter con.
This company, despite is professional website and photography, is very much a scam. Dresses were wrong sizes, poor quality, and turned up very late. Despite being a UK registered company, their returns are to an address in China. They will try and tempt you to keep the items with 20%, then 40% off. Their place in London appears to be an office space to hire - which I suspect they don’t work from. After returning them they will then attempt to get you to pay the customs charge (ie reduce the refund). Fortunately PayPal did a full refund and kindly gave me something towards return cost (a credit) within minutes of me sending emails as proof and submitting case. I would not recommend buying from them.
