If I could give zero stars I would. This company is an absolute con, do not buy from them. I bought two dresses for a wedding, they took a significant time to arrive, so long that the wedding had been and gone. So I wanted to return them, but they have no return information. The website says contact customer service which I did three times and they completely ignored me. Absolutely awful, I am so disappointed

Do not buy from this company! The dress I ordered was nothing like the image online, the quality was extremely poor. I contacted customer services and they have been so unhelpful, offered a poxy 20% refund or told me to pay postage back to china. Do not waste your money.
Please do not buy anything from this website. I ordered a dress that when it came, it was a completely different colour and pattern to what it was in the photographs online. The quality is really poor.I contacted their support team to start a return. This was not simple, they offered me a different dress and when I said no thank you I just want to return the dress and have a refund, they offered me 10% they then told me in order to receive a return I would have to post the dress to china? Even though the returns address on the label is stated as London! After back and forth they offered me 45% of my money back and a pretty much made up address in china. As I could not be bothered with the back and forth I have accepted the 45% and now left with an awful dress. Please save your money and do not deal with this awful company.
I was sent a faulty product. The shoes I ordered were so badly made or designed or both! They I couldn't even get my foot in!!!!! When I told them I wanted a label to return them I was told I would have to return them to their warehouse in China at my own expense!!! Low and behold they offered me a 20% partial refund and if I accepted this I could keep the shoes and maybe sell them on or do with them as I wish. How unbelievable is this. I accepted the 20% refund(£6.) Cos I knew that this was the best I was going to get from these con merchants. I lost £30. DO NOT ENTERTAIN ARLOSTREETWEAR UNDER ANY CIRCUNSTANCES.MID
Never deal with Arlostreetwear or Elvoria London. Dreadful quality of fabrics, disastrous fit. Their sizing fits all, I bought size Small, trousers, they would also fit a size Extra Large, awful.Returns you have to post yourself to China, then you get a 20% refund. Has to be illegal.

They never asked me to get a tracking number.Very polite emails but absolutely no refund.Very poor company. Dont buy from them and share this message to everyone you know!!!
