I would give minus if possible

I would give minus if possible. Ordered a dress, took over two weeks yet says they are London based (I live in London), what arrived late was terrible. Miss matched fabric nit aligned. Dodgy zip. Asked to return and low and behold they want me to pay for poor quality gifts return and send to China!

AVOID THIS COMPANY

Ordered some shoes thinking the company was based in UK as stated on their website. Unfortunately this isn't the case and they are in China. Shoes took 3 weeks to arrive and too late for the holiday I needed them for. Returned from holiday to request a return and they say I have to pay for it at a cost of £17-43, more than the shoes are worth. They refuse to pay for the return and now I am left with shoes I don't need or like. I will be asking my bank to obtain a chargeback. AVOID THIS COMPANY

THE SIZING WAS ALL OVER THE PLACE...TIGHT WAISTCOAT, HUGE ON HIPS...ABSOLUTELY AWFUL! TO RETURN YOU HAVE TO SEND TO CHINA WHICH IS NOT STATED ON THEIR WEBSITE AND COSTS A FORTUNE...THIS COMPANY ARE RIP OFF MERCHANTS..STAY WELL CLEAR!!

I was so excited with the dress I ordered from them , my mistake I didn’t read the reviews about the company before ordering from them, I also experienced what other buyers said they experienced with this company! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Beware, good website but it’s what it doesn’t tell you!

We carefully read their website before ordering, everything looked ok i.e. London registered, with Covent Garden address and nowhere did it mention sourced from overseas. Only the following day after placing the order did we discover a tracking facility which mentions China, need I say more! 7 days to arrive at Chinese departure airport, still no sign of the goods as they seemed to be at a destination airport somewhere.We had originally ordered two sizes to be sure of the fit, so asked Arlo Streetware about the likely return costs. They keep referring us to their refund policy, which we had carefully checked when ordering and it does say at customers expense (no problem there), but doesn’t mention overseas or China. Their customer service team advise us between £17-43 return costs, and they keep telling us to check the returns policy online which doesn’t help one bit. Our original order valued £39 for two pairs of ladies flip flops!! A joke or what?Beware, the website looks good but it’s what it doesn’t tell you that’s the problem. If I wanted to buy from China I would use Temu.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANYOrdered a dress for a wedding with free shipping in UK for a wedding. The dress took over 3 weeks to arrive and is such poor quality and now I cannot locate anyone to get a response for a refund. Instead being offered a 10% credit for the store and keep the dress!

Awful quality

Awful quality! Dress was wrong colour and just awful in every way. Offered me a 20% refund, I asked them to pay the return costs instead, but they didn’t acknowledge that. Got a reply in English once and then a whole reply from someone else in German!Still waiting for an actual return address as would rather pay return postage to China and get refunded than accepted their poor quality items and “customer service”! They still try to make you feel bad about doing returns with a whole load of “safer for the environment” to keep the item, while they mass produce cheap crap in China with awful materials a cheap labour! Terrible company in every way. DO NOT USE!

The dungarees I ordered from Arlo…

The dungarees I ordered from Arlo Streetwear are of poor quality and were way too long so I wanted to return them. I was told by Arlo Streetwear that the return address is located in China (not apparent on their website but not illegal either) and the return shipping costs typically range from £17 to £43. As per their policy, the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Avoid unless you are absolutely sure you will keep the item!

Scam company

Scam company Same as everyone else’s experience and read the reviews too late ! Ordered two jumpsuits. Both too big and poor quality. Emailed them as per their returns policy to start the return. Was informed I would need to return them to China at my own expense. Was offered to keep the items with 20% refund which they then increased to 40% refund. I reminded them of the UK consumer rights and I’m getting nowhere. I’ve contacted my bank to start the refund process as I purchased by debit card. This company should be reported to trading standards.
