Amazing Store,,,,,, keep up the good work SHUNTRAIL :-)

Today was the first day I ever went into an Ashley Stewart, the young lady SHUNTRAIL was just amazing, extremely helpful and very professional. The store is on Lamarr Avenue in Memphis Tennessee it had an abundance of selection and the sales were amazing. Thank you again for all of your help and I am looking forward And visiting your store again next time I’m in town.

Empty bag

ported that my order below was not received in the EMPTY BAG that was delivered to my address, which is the address of the USPS. The post carrier confirmed that the bag was unsealed when it left the company. I got case number 115-955-15 from the Ashley Stewart rep that I spoke with. She advised me that only $32.00 would be returned to my credit card. After informing her that I paid $42.14 she asked for the 3 digit # on the back of my card to return the entire amount in 3-5 business days. She proceeded to ask if there was anything else I wanted because the dress was not available in the size I ordered. I let her know that I would be reporting this SCAM of sending an empty envelope to the BBB- she was quite smug in stating okay. The USPS has taken the liberty to help me with this process

LEAVE THIS DECEPTIVE SO CALLED STORE ALONE!!!!!Ok, so Ashley Stewart use to put that an item was an online exclusive ( meaning you can’t return it at the store only back to the warehouse) at the top of the page where you could see it. Now they are putting it at the bottom of the page in the fine print where you can’t see it. And here is the worst part THEY ARE CHARGING YOU $8.95 TO RESTOCK THE ITEM!!!!They just lost a customer and I hope many more to come!!!!!

I am so disappointed with Ashley…

I am so disappointed with Ashley Stewart right now...Try to purchase two tops online they never had my size so I went to my local store only to b told they do not honour the 40% online.....what??? Ashley need to do price match or something when they have promotions like these to appease their customer.....(other stores does) highly disappointed.....plus when I called online store they didnt even try to do something about it.... not a happy camper

The online service is aweful, I am done with them. I attempted to order my dress using my AS card, constant error message. Called customer service to place order, was told their system failed, kicking out customers credit card information. Ok, placed the order with the representative over the phone, received an email from AS confirmed my order placed. Fast forward, about a week later, no dress, called to check on my order, nothing, the system failed over 11 times, order not even processed, no call to me as a customer, dress sold out. Customer Service Representative said to call local stores knowing this item is no longer available, I am done.

ASHLEY STEWART RIP OFF

I HAVE SHOP AT ASHLEY STEWART MANY TIMES...I DECIDED TO ORDER ONLINE DUE TO THE FACT THEY KEEP SENDING ME THESE MESSAGES FOR SALES. SO I ORDERED AND WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT...NEVER AGAIN!! I ORDER 4 DRESSES AND I SET WAS TO SMALL AND THE OTHER 2 WERE TO BIG. BUT GUESS WHAT I WAS NOT ABLE TO RETURN THEM A DAY LATER (ONE DAY). NOT EVEN AN EXCHANGE! THE POLICY SAYS, IF ITS A FINAL SALE OR CLEARANCE NO RETURN. BUT WAIT A MINUTE....YOU CAN IF YOU HAD PURCHASE IT IN THE STORE..HMMM. SAD! HOW ARE YOU ABLE TO RETURN FINAL SALES TO THE STORE, BUT NOT ONLINE. I HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH OTHER STORES (RETURNS) . ASHLEY STEWART CLOTHES ARE TO EXPENSIVE TO NOT RETURN/EXCHANGE..SO YES MY MONEY IS WASTED, UNLESS I FIND SOMEONE TO BUY THEM FROM ME....LESSON LEARN DO NOT BUY ANYTHING ONLINE FROM ASHLEY STEWART. P.S. FOR YOUR CLOTHES TO FLUCTUATE BETWEEN SIZES YOUR POLICY SUCKS
