Ashley Stewart online shopping is a joke. They never come through with the items ordered and give you pathetic excuses as to why, instead of being honest. I placed an order for a dress that was still at their warehouse, label created and no carrier came to pick it up. Their process sucks. How do they not notice that items purchased are still laying in wait. If the item is truly still there, then why not go ahead and ship it out to me. Instead, they want to give you a lame excuse such as not keeping me waiting any longer for the item but to offer a refund. That would be OK if that's what I choose but I would have preferred the item. This tells me they don't have the item at all. This is twice that I've had issues with them online. I give them 1 star 🌟 and will not ever order anything from them online again😤😡😡
If I could give them a ZERO it will be. I order December 18th today is January 2 and I paid EXPEDITED shipping and still have Not received my package. Customer service is terrible. I will make sure to never order from here again. And will let others know.
Really a minus if I could give them one. I ordered a package 12/21 no I didn't expect it before Christmas but I did expect it within a day or so. Well its still sitting for a carrier pickup on 12/29. Apparently its my fault for not reporting it sooner! KMA!! I will not order from Ashley Stewart again. And quit using these cheap ass delivery companies that only hire 10th graders. DHL should not be in business they dropped a package off to me 6 months after the refund and all. Send me my refund and damn your 8-15 day investigation.
If I could give Ashley Stewart a 0, I would do so. Ashley Stewart has the worst practices when a package has been delivered to the wrong address. The store uses sub-par delivery services such as Veho who do not follow delivery instructions. I ordered two jackets from the store, Veho delivered the items to an address on an entire different street and then marked the delivery as unretrievable. The store is dragging its feet on a resolution even though it acknowledges that the courier was at fault. I am tired of both Ashley Stewart and Veho. As a result, I will no longer patronize Ashley Stewart. If enough people would start purchasing elsewhere, then maybe Ashley would provide better customer service. I would never encourage anyone to shop at this store. I am done with them.
I will NEVER order from them again. I ordered 2 dresses in December 2025. I received the order in ample time. One of the dresses left feathers ALL OVER our Choir stand, my home, and a trail to my car. I was EMBARRASSED! I tried to return it. They DIDN'T RESPOND until the return time, EXPIRED! THEY SAID NOT RETURNABLE. I WILL CONTINUE TO SHOP CHINESE COMPANIES OR RAINBOW!
Ashley Stewart’s customer service is terrible: there is no cancellation feature on their website, I accidentally placed an order that was in my bag, at 10pm, I couldn’t cancel because their customer service was closed, I had to set an alarm to call at 9am the next day, only for me to told it passed the 30 minutestime frame, these items in question are size 18/20 and I’m a size 10, what am I going to do with iit?since it’s final sale , however they charged me $9,95 for shipping too. im done with Ashley Stewarts.
Ashley Stewart customer service is terrible. There are not helpful. They hung up the phone on me when i was lecturing them on how unprofessional they are. It is not worth paying extra for your package to be delivered on time. They said that the delivery company Veho does not deliver package on the weekend. I ask to speak to speak to supervisor and they say there is no supervisor. I order stuff from them before but now I see why they're reviews are negative. It wasn't like that before. It's ridiculous.
I was disappointed on how they won’t honor a price seen on there sight! They never informed we have to check out as a quest to use the Ashley credit card and I missed a great sale. The representative did not and would not let me speak to a supervisor. She said no one was in then they were all in a meetings. Took my number and no one called me back! They charge and won’t remove return fees. I know I choose to shop with them but I am a full figure woman and I like nice items.
Order two shirts one is too small one is too big want to send them back was told one is not returnable in the store if I buy something online I should be able to return them in the store and if not it needs to let me know that when I click on the item can't be returned such such and you have to pay $10 to send it back ridiculous again if I'm going to buy anything from you guys I will make sure I go in the store but the way I feel today I doubt if I buy anything from you guys again the policy is ridiculous.
Order fulfillment is beyond the (2) day period in which Ashley Stewart rep stated. I feel that if the order is not fulfilled then a refund of the order should be granted upon request by consumer instead of waiting on God knows how long to receive the order and then just to return it. Thats so wrong. A class action suit should be filed against Ashley Stewart for such practices.
