They are a scam. Did a bait and switch on me and refused to honor the coupon they said they had. Their customer service is AWFUL. With all the online places to shop, this is one to run away from! I should have heeded the reviews I saw before I tried to shop with them!
If you have to call their customer service line, please pack your patience! It took almost 50 minutes for the representative to process an exchange for tights that came damaged (there was a hole in them). His only saving grace was that he was very nice, but goodness gracious, I've never had to be on hold so long for anything that seems so simple.

I remember when this store first came out. The clothing, which was mostly polyester, was well made. The styles were accommodating for work, church, and casual wear. As time went on and they became more popular and opened several stores, I noticed the quality change in the clothing. Also, the styles seemed to be geared more to 'Urban' fashion. While that was perfectly fine, they abandoned fashion for the working gal, the church gal, and simple casual wear. Now, seeing that the clothing designs and styles were to accommodate the fuller figure gal, they seemed to not have had knowledge that large prints and big designs make big girls look bigger and flashy in the wrong fashion sense. I found myself finding other places to find clothing. Once in a very blue moon can I find anything At Ashley Stewart's worth buying. Recently, I saw a fluffy coat in a mustard color that was cute and stylish, so I took a chance and ordered one. To my surprise it arrived with all the buttons falling off, the fluffy fuzz got on everything in its path, and hence, it now occupies space in the back of my closet. All of the cheap fabric, is falling off of the coat. Ashely Stewart's is owned and operated by men, I believe. They need to take courses in fashion and quality fabrics for clothing. When they close down, I will not miss them...

Horrible customer servicePlaced an online order on 9/1/19. Called customer service on 9/14/19 and told the rep I was calling to check on my order. Order number and mailing/billing address etc were given. Rep pulled up the information and stated that she had to place me on hold to do more investigating After holding for 22 minutes, the Rep said that the package didn’t have any tracking information so there was nothing she could do about the order. She offered to put the money back on my card and stated that it would take 5-7 business days for it to show. I told the rep that I was still wanting the items but most were on sale at the time of purchase. I asked if I could get my new order for the price of my previous order.. The rep told me NO, I would have to get them for whatever the price is today. She then said that she have no way of changing the prices. I told her that other stores would at least send an email offering some money/percentage off on the next purchase. She said we don’t have discount cards. With all that being said. Ashley Stewart did nothing to rectify the problem. I will not be ordering from here again.

I wish that I could give them ZERO rating; I have been a very dedicated customer for years; however, I have had NO luck with many of the clothing I have purchased. I bought several wired bras upon wearing many of them for the first time the wires began to stick me in my skin.

Was a very dedicated customer with Ashley Stewart for years they made alot of money from me. Just recently August 2019 I purchased over $200 worth of clothing from their online clarence. Now sometimes their sizes can be a little off. Therefore I would send back and order size up or down or just simply return if item is not of good quality etc. Ashley Stewart always honored their returns. Now they have a NO RETURN policy on clearance and web orders. So I'm stuck with clothing that doesn't fit!!! A cheating hand well played Ashley. You just lost a dedicated shopper. So many online stores with honorable return polices. I'll be taking my business else where! XOXO Farewell!
