After being a valued customer for over 20 years. I had a late fee and called to have the fee waived as a curteousy, I was advised NO WAIVED FEE-by a rude manager name John. Really??I value my on time credit history, and I should be rewarded for such. If not I have NO problem with taking my business elsewhere.Peace OUT ASHLEY. Closing account today-what bank does NOT waive fees.:(

I dont like there clothes they are cheaply made and cost to much money. If you buy something online you cant return it to the store, if its a online exclusive what type of mess is that.

I've never had a problem with Ashley …

I've never had a problem with Ashley Stewart until now. I ordered 2 shirts that did not fit and was told that I couldn't not return them because they were final sale items. I had not problem with that because if that's their policy then so be it. However, I had a problem with them telling me that I can't even exchange the item for something else. I don't think its fair that I pay my bill on time and yet I must be stuck with an item that I can't even exchange because it was a final sale. I think that policy stinks and I will continue to shop at the more iconic retail stores.

Karen the unprofessional & rude customer svc. rep. at Ashley Steward 'dot com'

I purchased six items from Ashley Stewart online, on 4/6/17, and received them on 4/12/17. I had a problem w/ three of the items being too large; no fault of the theirs. Since I had just purchased several items in the store on 4/10/17, and knew that two of the items that I needed to return were available there, in the size that I needed. I called them, on 4/13/17, in order to find out if I could exchange the items in store, rather than, returning to 'dot com'. After being on hold for over 15 minutes, "Karen" answered (I was on hold for over 10 minutes the first time I called, but had to hang up before I'd reached anyone). I said, "wow, I have been on hold for over 15 minutes", as I was about to finish my statement, "Karen" interrupted and said, "calm down, it used to be 30 minutes! How can I help you?" Mind you I never raised my voice, however, I was, rightfully, upset about my wait time. At that point, I was steaming, and said, "great customer service--no thank you", and hung up, before I'd really said something mean!I have shopped at Ashley Stewart for years, and love their clothes. I have only had one bad experience, prior to this one, and that was in the store w/ a rude employee, years ago. This particular bad experience has unnerved because, while I am sure Ashley Stewart has a diversity of customers, every time I have gone to any of their stores, the majority of their customers (99 to 100%) have been like me, Black! I am so tired of spending my money and making people rich, and being treated like dirt! I think that this experience has been so upsetting to me because of the recent climate in American... This has prompted me to do what I have felt in my spirit for a few years now, but have been too afraid to do, which is, start my own business! So, for that, I am grateful!

I have been ordering from Ashley Stewart quite frequently and I must say I am in love with the fashions. Whenever I shop at Ashley's, I feel part of the family; there are plenty of choices, many styles of clothing, I enjoy shopping online, it is convient. Ashley Stewart will always have a supporter in me.
