Asket is a great company. Great ethos. The clothing is of good quality and the sizing is excellent. Also can’t fault the customer service. Would recommend against ordering though if you’re in the uk at present. Unfortunately asket are using Evri - The new Hermes to deliver parcels in the uk. A company renown for poor service. At present evri can’t keep up with demand. After spending several hundred pounds with asket. Evri have then had my parcel for over a week. The tracking data my end shows it still waiting to be delivered. Asket however say evri have returned it to their warehouse. Hopefully asket change delivery partners but until then don’t order it in the uk! Unless you want your parcel to not be delivered or to go missing.Edit: also be aware with refunds. Asket use klarna. Another cog in the logistics chain who can’t keep up with demand. Asket refunded my money on the 4th august. Still waiting for it back from klarna who you have to discuss it directly with fue to GDPR. Of course you can’t get hold of Klarna! Luckily I paid with Amex. But still waiting for hundreds of pounds back!
So far, good experience.Bought tshirts that were too small, returned them, and got a quick replacement. Good service by email. It is nice that they manufacture in Portugal. That’s one of the reasons why I bought there. So far tshirts didn’t shrink at 30 deg washing. And they feel kind of good quality
Not a great experience at all ! Wouldn't Recommend it to anyone. The fit of their t shirts is at least one size down. I wear Large in Levis T shirts and XL on every other brand and fit ( Slim ). I did their sizing chart and it recommended me to get the XL. I did and this shirt was very slim fit even though In the website it said regular fit. Not only that they don't even admit that it's slim fit or smaller fit than normal. The delivery experience was very bad as well. I've wasted now 10 days to recieve my shirts and now another 10 days at least for the return to go back to Germany !! ( BTW expecting it ship from Sweden since I am in Finland also one of the main reasons I ordered ). And they won't even refund me until the garments have gone back even though it's their fault .
Quality of t-shirts is very good. Knitwear quality is good but in my opinion somewhat below Jon Smedley, which I usually buy (but - to be fair - are double the price). My issue with Asket is that the fit is somewhat too loose for me.... but that is a question of preference. One piece I really did not like is their raincoat, which has an A-fit and on me (slim) feels somewhat tent-like.
Top quality and a great service. Delivery a couple of days to The Netherlands, fair enough. I have 3 t-shirts, one belt and one sweatshirt now and it's the best I ever wore. It stays in great condition after washing. I am planning to buy more to upgrade my wardrobe.
My girlfriend bought a knit jumper for me as a gift but I had to return it due to poor quality and very expensive - the zipper feels very cheap. Don’t believe the environmental credentials from this company, it is not as transparent as they claim! The retail price of a jumper of similar quality is half of what they claim on the website, so it is false advertising and misleading! They never disclosed how they calculate the retail price, so be advised. Definitely a greenwashing company!
Poor quality jumpers and very inconsistent sizing. For a company that’s brand is about building a capsule wardrobe of quality basics that will last - a set of values I’m fully behind and trying to live by - the fact that the sizing of the same items can vary significantly and that the quality of the items is inferior to similar prized items as from brands like Reiss, their product does not live up to their promise. When I’ve contact customer service they suggested I send a £70 item back for “recycling” and £6 off my next order.
I've owned a pair of ASKET denim jeans for 1 year and they're already coming apart between the legs along the seam. Contacted ASKET who offered me a £10 store credit. Not the quality I expect from a retailer who claim their garments are an "investment" that will "age".
