I found out about ASKET because I wanted eco-concious, high quality clothing that, as a shorter guy, did not need tailoring. I'm very happy I did. Four t-shirts later, I'm so impressed by their selection of sizes, clear effort in careful packaging, quality of materials, and of course the minimalist styling. Their returns process is also very seamless, and although understandably not selling the most affordable products, I look forward to purchasing from them again.
I have had an excellent experience with Arket. I got an email when i signed up to their newsletter with a 10% discount code. I was having trouble entering the code so i emailed their customer service team on a Sunday morning and had a reply within 30 minutes. I put my order in and had my delivery within a week and I'm based in Dublin. No import or VAT fees either. I am over the moon with my order. Everything fits perfectly and looks identical to the pictures on their website. I would say their sizes are quite big so i would size down. I am usually a size 8 and size 34 fits perfectly. Couldn't be happier with my experience and will definitely be using the extra 10% discount code i received for sharing with a friend soon.
Right off the bat I have to say two things about Asket (and their t shirts): 1) this is the best t shirt I’ve ever owned, and;2) this is the best customer service I’ve ever received... ever I ordered two L-Regular T shirts from these guys - one black and one grey - and was blown away by how incredible they felt and looked. Their quality is second-to-none. Even after a few washes they look like they came right out of the package. I’ll be picking up a few more colors as soon as possible. Let’s talk about something I was even more blown-away by though: the customer service. Initially, when I got my shirts in the mail, I only tried on one of the shirts and assumed (stupidly, I admit) that the other must fit the exact same. So, I pulled the tags off, threw them through the wash, and was sadly mistaken when a few days later I realized the grey shirt was noticeably bigger and didn’t fit nearly as well as the black. I’d already violated the return policy and was kind of bummed I wasn’t going to be able to ship them back for an exchange. I reached out to customer service just to tell them that one of the shirts was slightly bigger in hopes that they might let me return it.The Customer Service rep, Ines, reached out immediately and asked if I could just measure the two shirts and send the batch number to them, also adding that they would really appreciate it just for their own sake because their company is all about attention to detail and want to make sure this doesn’t happen again. After sending in the measurements and asking if there was any possible way to ship the shirt back for an exchange, Ines did me one better: they offered me a FREE replacement. Not only that, they told me to KEEP the original, and they’ll send me the replacement as soon as possible. They also helped me figure out my correct size after I told them which shirt fit better. (PS Ines I’m customer service is maybe my favorite person on earth at this point)I cannot praise these guys highly enough. Everything about this company is outstanding. PLEASE, I’m begging anyone considering trying one of their pieces out to do yourself a favor and try them out. You won’t regret it!
This brand is amazing if you're looking for minimalist, high quality, not bad for the planet essentials. I ordered a couple of t-shirts and shirts and I love them.They do go the extra mile in terms of costumer service, I had a couple of orders that were sent in the wrong size and they fixed it right away. If you're looking for minimalist essentials, you can stop looking, this is your new favorite brand.
Superb service. Quick and efficient. We made a mistake on the size as it was our first buy. Exchanging the sweaters was quick. Within 3 days we had the right size delivered and shipped back to us. The concept is strong and by having local exchange points Asket manages to be quick in problem solving. Brilliant!
Probably the best fitting t-shirt I've ever had, will definitely consider these as my staples moving forward. Fantastic presentation and customer service too. They only seem to do pique cotton polos, which is a bummer. It'd be fantastic if they could do polos with a similar feel to their t-shirts (please design team?)
I’ve been buying clothes from Asket for some years and have never been disappointed. Quality, fit and service has always been excellent. Admire the philosophy of the company, and love the fact that they encourage you to repair rather than replace old clothes.
