I bought a few t-shirts from the company. They promised good and sustainable quality. Within a year or so, holes began to appear on all of the shirts (unlike any of my other t-shirts from different companies). When I contacted them about this, the excuses I heard was that "it's normal" and that they can only offer me 15% discount on my next purchase. Which is odd from a company promoting minimalism and lasting garments. There are cheaper and better quality garments on the market. Wouldn't recommend.
Nice enough t-shirts but feel they're overpriced for their quality. Received t-shirts in my last two orders with loose stitching and inconsistent sizing. Returns process was tedious, too. I've had t-shirts in the past that were better quality for a fraction of the price. Will likely look elsewhere when ordering new t-shirts. Shame.
A pair of jeans purchased in September 2022 has started coming apart, with noticeable tears in the fabric. I was satisfied with the product, and felt the high price was justified by the promise of quality. This is no longer the case as Asket fails to deliver on their core value promise. Needless to say, I will no longer purchase any of their products.
I have dozens of items from Asket. I’ve found the quality to be generally OK at best for the price. However their trunks are exceptionally poor quality - after normal use the band because detached as they have insufficient seaming. A pair from H&M lasts longer. I got in touch and they offered a token voucher which I would have had to spend more with Asket to use. Need to up their quality game based on their prices.
ASKET quality has gone downhill since they started their journey. I can say that with confidence since Iv been a customer for many years. I bought a pair of heavy twill chinos this spring and the outer seam on one leg was completly off. I also find that the T-shirts fits completly different in the the various colours. The navy t-shirts and sweatshirt looks terrible after a couple of washes in the colour.
Hoodie falling apart after barely a year is a sign of a terrible fast-fashion quality, but with a premium price tag. Return was rejected, got offered a 20 euro refund instead, that never arrived. Also the review I wrote of the item on their website was never published. The company does not deliver on their promise of long lasting clothes. extremely unsatisfying customer experience.
Bought the merino sweater which is great. Lovely quality, I wear it a lot. Wish I had bought a slightly larger size though. The chinos feel like high quality, but just didn't fit my body shape so I had to return them. Took a while but money back, no issues. As for the socks, the navy merino socks look and feel great. They also seem to last well. I also ordered some other colors but liked them a bit less visually.Overall a really good shop but delivery and returns can take a little while.
