Do not order from this company

This company deserves 0 stars. I've placed an online order for my Jetta diesel car engine 1.9 - year 2005 (2 CV axles). They shipped me incompatible parts that do not fit my car. They refuse to take full responsibilities for sending the wrong parts (I have a proof of purchase that I've ordered correct parts), and want me to ship the parts back at my expense.

OK Parts - Annoyed about the data breach

I ordered an axle for my Grand Caravan from this company through Amazon. The car is driven much and it's old. I got the axle quickly and had it installed. I doubt that it's a high quality part, but I don't care. It met my needs. Had that been the end of things, I'd have not even bothered to review or send a positive review.Anyhow, days later I started to get refund scam texts from someone with personal information about me claiming to be Autoshack. It's an obvious scam because the refund is greater than what I paid. If it was an Amazon breach, I'd be hit by scam attempts from multiple marketplace vendors. I'm sure that it hasn't happened to only me. It would be professional to be warned.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. Ordered a part online said it was the right one when I got it it was not the right fit. And then they tried to tell me I didn't put in my information right And then told me to pay for the shipping for it to go back to them

I ordered a lower left control arm

I ordered a lower left control arm with ball joint for my 2014 Subaru Legacy with the 2.5L. It arrived promptly and was able to schedule it in with my mechanic friend. Everything went smooth till we backed the car out and steering wheel was an entire 1/4 rotation out. My mechanic and I where puzzled as we had not touched and steering components. We where left with no other choice but to remove it. We compared it to the old one and the old one was at least 1/2" longer from stabilizer link mount to center of ball joint. As to not leave me stranded I had to pay my mechanic to reinstall the old one. I have initiated several emails with customer service, sending pics ads requested for Case # 729691, this has been going on now for two weeks of me trying to chase them down, extremely disappointed with the customer service. I have heard nothing at all.

Avoid at all cost

Ordered a Brake part for a 1/2 ton dodge, search engine and description claimed it would fit, but the part is Drastically smaller than needed. Contacting customer support was useless as the claimed I got what I ordered and they did nothing wrong, however now the ad is conveniently off the website. They refuse to admit any fault. The only thing they would offer was for us to pay for shipping back which would cost$90 and pay an undisclosed restocking fee. The part only cost $120 to begin with. This company won't even tell us what the part would fit so we can't sell it ourselves. You would be better off buying anywhere else, as this company doesn't care about there costumers at all.

Vehicle fit doesn't mean it FITS!

I ordered the part through the site and it stated that it fit my vehicle. I was happy and excited when it got here and then found out it wasnt the correct fit. Contacted the customer support and they made me wait 6 days with no respone until I called and they stated it was for Canadian Market. I asked where it stated this and why it said it would fit my vehicle. They said I could return it but i would have to pay for shipping which would amount to the price of the part. I still have pictures of the sight and the part I ordered where it doesnt state anywhere that its for canadian market.

I purchased a set of lower control arms…

I purchased a set of lower control arms for a 2014 pathfinder, after 8000km the bushings were worn out. Parts appear to be cheaply made. Parts are 1 month out of the 6mo.warranty, Auto Shack says they are "very sorry". It appears lower price = Cheap product.

Quality parts for a good price.

I only ordered once from this website but I have zero complaints. I ordered 2 brand new full strut assembly’s and it was only $215 with free shipping. I installed them myself and they seem to be great so far. Vehicle handles and rides much smother then before I changed them out. Quality parts for an unreal price. Will buy from here again if I need parts in the future.

STAY CLEAR OF THESE SCAM ARTISTS!

UPDATED: After arguing with multiple customer service representivates they finally refunded me for a part that they sent which was incorrect. Still 100% stay away from this website. They will be dishonest,lie,delete part listing and do everything they can to not refund you if they are wrong.

What a racket

What a racket, I ordered online Sunday, Monday nothing, Tuesday they said it was shipped, Tuesday afternoon the Label was not created yet as per UPS. So it has not left yet so I won't receive it this week as promised. They are a lying bunch and will charge you big for restocking....never buy from themAs an answer to their reply, "I order the part with no knowledge of the mentioned holidays as the website did not show the case. A pour excuse to put the blame on to customers.Just received an update from UPS, My package is to arrive Monday, so 8 days from my order. Isn't it a lousy outfit. do yourself a favor and stay away from them
