I found Mark to be really informative, he broke everything down and the questions were easier to answer after listening to him. He gave lots of examples and related to real life experiences which also allows you to think further than wider reading and the slides. Thank you very much Mark, I really enjoyed your sessions and they gave me hope that I could answer confidently and correctly.
Mark Beacham an amazing tutor. Who made this whole journey smooth. He ensured to clear even our sillest doubt and went through each module with uttermost clarity and guidance and ensured extra sessions if we needed support. I have just completed my CIPD L5. Couldn't have asked for a better process from Avado. I work full-time and only have 30 mins break, so couldn't make any of the live sessions, but all are recorded so I could access them in my own time. The learning platform is easy to use and gives just the right amount of information, whilst prompting you to complete research and find your own evidence. Assessment feedback is thorough and even when you have passed, there is general feedback so that you can make your next essay even better. Shout out to Britt W who helped me in every way possible following a surgery/delays and Mark B is a great tutor, when tutoring, he puts himself in the shoes of us students.
The worst experience ever. Honestly, customer service is so poor. They are refusing to refund my money! I paid my first instalment on the 21st April. I emailed Mohammed Shahzad on the 2nd May asking to withdraw from the course because i changed my mind. As per their policy, they are supposed to honour a full refund if you cancel within the 14 day period. Which i did. They have proceeded to take a further £165 from my account on the 19th of May and that was not enough so they then went ahead and took another £165 on the 19th June DESPITE WITHDRAWING FROM THE COURSE ON THE 2ND MAY. Scarlett then had the cheek to email me "I'm afraid that as you are outside of the 14 day cancellation period we cannot honour your request on this occasion." Sorry but I think it is simple maths. I CANCELLED ON THE 2ND AND PAID ON THE 21ST?? All now I have not received any sort of apology or refund. Stay away from this company because they will just take your money despite asking to be withdrawn from the course.
