The worst experience ever. Honestly, customer service is so poor. They are refusing to refund my money! I paid my first instalment on the 21st April. I emailed Mohammed Shahzad on the 2nd May asking to withdraw from the course because i changed my mind. As per their policy, they are supposed to honour a full refund if you cancel within the 14 day period. Which i did. They have proceeded to take a further £165 from my account on the 19th of May and that was not enough so they then went ahead and took another £165 on the 19th June DESPITE WITHDRAWING FROM THE COURSE ON THE 2ND MAY. Scarlett then had the cheek to email me "I'm afraid that as you are outside of the 14 day cancellation period we cannot honour your request on this occasion." Sorry but I think it is simple maths. I CANCELLED ON THE 2ND AND PAID ON THE 21ST?? All now I have not received any sort of apology or refund. Stay away from this company because they will just take your money despite asking to be withdrawn from the course.
Mark is thorough and supportive, his session at Avado are the most interactive. He is quite flexible, doesn't mind answering as many questions and very well manage the quality and quantity during tutor support sessions and cohort cafes.He is confident in his HR knowledge and is open to the new ideas. I'd really happy if Mark delivers all our modules throughout.
I wanted to cancel after the 14 days and just stop paying as I can’t do the course and not enjoying it yet I have to keep paying for this, I don’t think they is fair and don’t understand and I don’t know if I can get external help, cost of living is hard enough without companies ripping you off
Having just completed my CIPD Associate Level 5 through Avado, I can say it is a great training provider. I did feel overwhelmed at first as it was my first time studying and writing assignments in a very long time. However, you just need to make time at the beginning to familiarise yourself with the content and requirements... all the information is provided, you just need to read it. Having seen other platforms through other colleagues doing their CIPD, I can say Avado is really user friendly. I had a few tutor changes along the way, but all were great, especially Britt Webster. Britt was really helpful, always made the time to explain things and made her classes enjoyable. I would recommend Avado as a provider if you are thinking about studying your CIPD.
Avado are a great provider. The course was well structured and the tutors are very supportive. There were a few issues at the beginning but Avado listened to the feedback and resolved this. There are 2/3 live online sessions that take place for each module to go through the assessment brief with you and you can arrange 1-2-1's with your tutor if you need extra support. I felt well supported and my cohort were amazing. A whats app group was set up where the cohort would constantly help and encourage each other. My experience with Avado was fantastic and I'm so glad i chose them to study with.
