Simple replacement parts

Had a 4year machine that stopped working so went on there site to find they send a repair kit, so ordered one for free which arrived the very next day I then followed simple instructions online and now I have a fully functional machine

My pressure washer had an issue with the outlet connector. Sent a email requesting a price for a replacement. Rachel responded quickly and professionally to my request. After 18 months of moderate use my Ava…

After 18 months of moderate use my Ava P57 flexi hose split. After contacting customer support, Rachel was quick to help me sort out my problem. 24 hours after initial contact, new flexi hose on it's way free of charge. Excellent service, thanks Ava.
