Going strong with Avasam after a few years. The Avasam team are dedicated in supporting sellers and building invaluable connections with suppliers.Matt has supported us on numerous occasions and with the advice and guidance Matt offers has helped us grow our business using the Avasam platform.
Avasam google reviews are quite low, after trying them, signing up, paying a large FEE, it became clear that this is a not a great place to use for dropshipping. I found the prices far more expensive than the free sites, the complications on linking up with ebay, far too complicated and often didn't work, the help offered was was far too frustrating, and the shipping out to customers was far too late. I can see this siteworks for some people and i wish them all the best, but i'm old school and expect to be given the option of value for money
Easy to understand and simple to use platform with a large and diverse range of products and suppliers to choose from. Great support, especially from Matt whose advice and feedback has been invaluable as I grow my business. 10/10
I signed up for a free trial in December. Quickly realised this platform was not fit for purpose and didn’t use it any longer. I had no plans to upgrade to the £29.99 plan but somehow that amount has been taken from my account today. I quickly went on the account to cancel the plan that magically subscribed itself and put the payment in dispute with my bank. However, to cancel they make you ‘book a call’ to discuss with them, so they don’t make it easy. Avoid at all costs. It’s not as amazing as the YouTube entrepreneurs make out, most of them are being paid to mention them.
Payed annual subscription while thinking there was a trial period. After the payment was taken, I noticed the site was not what I needed so requested for a refund. I was surprised to hear that there was no trial period. BEWARE! Avasam intentionally IGNORES all questions regarding trial periods. They keep scamming your mail and immediately you subscribe to a paid subscription, they then send you their refund policy which they never initially.I honestly do not know what the UK consumer protection is doing. I see a new law is coming soon which mandates all service providers to provide a compulsory trial/ cooling off period. BEWARE of AVASAM'S SUBSCRIPTION TRAP!
Avasam is a great product for Drop Shippers or people wanting to get into online sales. There is a huge amount of help and videos to get the novice started. You can start small and grow your business at your own pace. The best Drop Ship system on the market.
