Very disappointed, after watching a video on YouTube, I was excited on subscribing with AVASAM, I never knew it was not worth it. After subscribing I realized there were very limited options I had as most of the products were not permitted on either Amazon or TikTok and these are my major market. I hope I can get my money back because it’s so unfair of the company to this. Majority the best selling items are not on the app so it leaves you with items that can not attract potential customers, I feel so bad for not checking the reviews before making my decisions which is unlike me, this is because I trusted the guy on YouTube. I feel very disappointed.
I signed up for a free trial and it wasnt for me. I've since realised ive been charged 2 months I contacted Avasam to ask them why have i been charged and can I have a refund. They would be able to see from the lack of log ins/activity on the account that I wasn't using it. Unfortunately it seem queries like this are just ignored. Poor customer service.

My journey with Avasam began with the hope of leveraging dropshipping for my TikTok shop. However, I was met with several challenges that have led me to feel quite disappointed.Upon subscribing, I quickly realized that the range of products available for listing on TikTok was severely limited. Most items tend to be very common, lacking the uniqueness that typically attracts customers’ attention. This makes it difficult to create an appealing storefront that stands out in a competitive market.Additionally, I found that the pricing of products is often comparable to retail prices, making it challenging to remain competitive against other sellers. As a result, adding products with even a slightly higher price point has not translated into sales, as potential buyers tend to gravitate towards more competitively priced alternatives.Another significant drawback is the inability to find trending products through the platform. Instead, the inventory consists of ordinary items that may not capture the interest of consumers. This has led to a frustrating cycle of listing products that, if one is fortunate enough, may yield an occasional order; otherwise, it feels like an exercise in futility, resulting in wasted time and money on subscriptions.In light of my experience, I strongly advise potential users to reconsider their decision before subscribing to Avasam. Based on my findings, it is unlikely that you will see a positive return on your investment. Please take this feedback into account, as it could save you from unnecessary financial loss. I've been using Avasam for the last couple of years and they've been really great in helping me set up with them and grow my business. Their staff are really helpful, with fast responses, great products and their system is super easy to use. I looked at a LOT of dropshipping companies and nobody else even came close to offering the same products and service of Avasam. Highly recommended.
I had to face an issue because of one of the avasam suppliers, I raised a ticket to avasam support team. The team helped me resolve the issue and they made sure the supplier got his penalty aswel. I am very satisfied and now trust on avasam, they dont leave their customers unattended. A big YES to Avasam.
Rathere than focusing in replying here, you should eagerly work on your problems including customer service, expensive products offering, returns and refunds delay and denial issues, orders not reaching, customer's cancellation and stealing issues, lower mobile experience, out of stock products and on misleading informations. I wanted to become your dropshipping customer but after reviewing the negative undressed issues, i prefer to avoid you, 13% negative reviews is a huge number.Thanks
