Maalav was very helpful and patient with me in quickly walking me through how to do a few things.He then took the time to check everything was working ok for me and even made sure that I was clear about it all and happy.Great service .... glad I chose Avasam over another 5 dropshippers I was researching.
We joined avesam and was not able to connect our store, due to timing was no one to talk to, then we got a call, which we were very impressed advising that the issue will be resolved dont worry the membership will be extented accordingly and they will add additional listings to our account and once issue is resolved we will get another call to walk though setting up website - me and my husband was really impressed- however there was no extension on membership, there was no promised call, there was no additional listings added - instead we were just goasted - like we not even their customer. Connection issue was resolved withing2 or 3 days but that was it. We emailed asking for refund- no response, emailed asking for invoice- no response. On top of that we got charged second month for ebay add on as didn't realised that we had to cancel not just subscription but the add on seperate- even you cannot use add on without subscription - when we cancelled add on we were told someone will contact us- NOTHING. on top of all of it, their most of the suppliers not allowed on Amazon and the ones that on Ebay-selling themselves on ebay so even if you match the price you are in negative ! The ones that are not on ebay selling overpriced items anyway so you cannot win with this platform and since it only works with their suppliers and they dont have any extentions for anything else it becomes absolutely useless.
I had an issue with my Shopify store and the app. The Avasam technical support team were able to fix the issue within a few hours and then the wonderful Abhishek did an amazing job of resolving some issues that had arisen. He talked me through so many resolutions and logged onto my PC to do remote fixes. I cannot thank him and his team enough for resolving my issue so quickly. In this day and age with so many AI chat bots that do nothing this kind of outstanding service needs to be praised.I still wish the app was better but no one can fault their exceptional service standards. Highly recommended.
