The policies and attitude of this company are utterly disgraceful, especially for a leading provider of industry software. Their default approach is to take money from customers, regardless of whether they need the service. I attempted to cancel auto-renewal twice, but the system failed to recognize it both times. I received no reminders that my payment was imminent. Auto-renewal should be an opt-in feature, clearly communicated during purchase, rather than hidden in fine print. There should be an option to purchase without auto-renewal from the start. The cancellation process is designed to confuse, making it seem like you’ve unsubscribed when you may not have. There’s no confirmation of opt-out either. This company seems to have a blanket policy against refunds. Their practices do not align with consumer protection standards, and it’s shocking to see how they take advantage of users during tough times.
I am extremely dissatisfied with this company. If I could give zero stars, I would. I have used the software for over 25 years, and recently, I’ve spent countless hours trying to resolve issues with customer support. After extensive efforts, including working with IT, I managed to sort out some problems, but the process has been incredibly frustrating. I love the software, but the support is abysmal. I’ve been left waiting for responses and hung up on during chat support. I’ve wasted so much time trying to sort out issues that should have been simple. This experience has left me feeling undervalued as a loyal customer.
Avoid this company! For the past two years, they’ve charged me for someone else’s account. When I disputed the charges, they claimed I failed to log in to cancel auto-pay, but I don’t have access to that account. Despite my requests to stop the charges, they continue. Their processes are designed to prevent me from stopping payments, making them feel like a criminal enterprise.
