The chair I purchase is the first ergonomic chair I’ve owned and I really do like it, especially the adjustable lumbar support. My only issue with it is that it’s quite low and only adjusts to a certain height, which is a bit too low for my desk. Otherwise it’s a great chair!
I made a mistake and ordered the wrong part. Arranging a return, refund and order of the right part was a brilliantly simple experience. My only slight negative is if you don’t sign up for an account when checking out, you don’t seem to get delivery notifications. Unsure if that’s a website bug or something specific to my order. I had to email after a week to confirm if anything was happening after the only email was the automated invoice.
There was alot of information on their website but very helpful information! Plenty of pictures and videos on the particular ergonomic chair I purchased which was extremely helpful. My order was shipped very promptly and as I hoped it would look like. Thank you!
