I bought a coccyx diffuser pillow after I fractured my sacrum. I use it everywhere (wheelchair, office chair, riding in taxis, going to restaurants) and it's been great. I ordered a pillow from this company to address an alignment issue. I obviously didn't do sufficient research because when I found the medical-grade pillow that I purchased wasn't suitable for its advertised use, they refused to refund it because it'd been used! Most companies in this industry offer money back guarantees - these folks just take your money and have no care at all. Obviously you have no way of ensuring it's suitable before using - you can only read the advertised promotion about it, and if it doesn't suit, what are you meant to do?
