bad quality, sizing, and the dye was blotchy (not in a cute tye-dye way). They make you pay for return shipping and it’s a huge hassle honestly. They do it so you’ll get so frustrated you won’t even bother with the return. It’s $50 to pay for return shipping with tracking.. Scumbags
ReviewFirst of all, know that their sizing chart is completely wrong. Second of all, their return policy is completely duplicitous. If you are in the US, you have to send the goods to Canada (even though they were shipped to you from within the US). Not only do they not provide you a label, you have to pay to send them cross-border, and risk them not even being delivered due to customers. I paid half the price of the original order to return it (all because their sizing chart is so off). The policy is not public because they want to disincentive returns after the product is purchased.Give your business to a more trustworthy company.
Their size chart is very off! Bought some underwear from them but don’t fit. Their products were shipped from NU, but their return address is in Canada! This means we have to ship internally within 30 days for exchange or return. I usually ship returns with tracking. But ship internationally with tracking is super expensive. If I return via regular airmail, there is no proof if they received my returns. If I ship with tracking, I will have to ship via Global Priority, and that is very expensive, especially they request to ship with their original “colored sleeves” which I cannot use the flat rate envelope.This is to say, they literally make returns impossible! Their shipping address is in the US, but return to Canada? What a tricky and unfriendly company!
I was excited to try out this company, their products looked comfortable and cute. I ordered maybe 5 pairs of their underwear, trying to replace /upgrade my stock. I ordered a small, as I looked at their size chart and thought that would fit.They really did not fit, which confused me as a 5 foot 1 girl at like 115 lbs I can't fit in a small? Whatever I'll exchange them. I did have to print my own return sheet, fill it out and pay for shipping back. Thankfully I'm in Canada. I exchange for all mediums, a little back and forth through email but not bad. A little annoyed I had to pay extra to ship back.I receive the mediums a few weeks later, although they did send one small back.The mediums are ALSO too small and squeeze the crap out of me, I can barely stand to wear them. Again, I am a small lady, I already find buying the right size confusing but if I can't fit into a medium comfortably then who are they sizing for?I did not try to return/exchange again. I will not be buying again and will advise anyone I talk to not to buy from here.
So I decided to write this here, considering they filter my review right off their site.Overall I had a mixed experience. I really enjoyed the quality and products I received.. but the reviews here are true. I must have lucked out and picked the right product because it fit great right off the bat. I loved them. Sure they were thin (granted, I rarely put holes in any clothing, one of my pairs already has one..), but I really appreciated the fit.That's where it stops, however. I ordered more in the same size and cut, but different colours. None of the other colours fit me. Their sizing is literally all over the map depending on what COLOUR you buy. I'm pretty upset they deleted/filtered my review—it was a lot more in their favour than this one LOL I really do enjoy the underwear I got in the colour "Shadow" (the one that fit), but they're no excuse for every other colour to fit small??
Was sent the wrong size and a pair is missing. Have said in multiple emails I shouldn’t have to pay shipping for their mistake and they’ve ignored me each time. They also clearly don’t read their emails properly as I had to clarify so many times that there were 2 issues, they’re trying to make me send back the pair that they sent wrong- never has a company been this bad before also shipping took way longer than what was written on the website- buy your bamboo underwear from somewhere else! The quality is not even that good
bad quality, horrible customer service. sent me underwear that was ripped and didn’t provide a return sheet (you have to print it out yourself) and mail it off yourself and YOU have to pay for the return fees. i’ve worn the bra 2 times and it’s starting to frail. dont buy from this company. they suck.
absolute garbage customer service. The sizes on their site are incredibly inaccurate, but in order to make returns you have to pay for shipping to Canada. They even make you print the return receipt yourself rather than including it in the original package. Just another IG company that uses influencers to push their scammy product hoping the return process is too difficult for real customers to actually go through with it.
My boyfriend offered me some items from this site and I was happy with them, even though the bra got a little flaky. I guess I supposed this sort of things happens, even though the price is not really little.Anyway, today I tried to use my coupon code with 20% discount and I could not, it said that it's not a good one... Even though I had a flyer with it. Next second problem was with pricing and the one which really made me think this company is a scam. The items was presented on the site with a price and while I went through the payment procedures, the prices CHANGED! Same items, now each one had a higher price!!Also, not a free shipping as advertised, but I guess this it's their smallest problem...I highly don't recommend it!!
Ordered men's underwear for Christmas, it arrived a month later. Customer service was beyond unhelpful - I messaged them when it was already 2 weeks delayed - and their only response was "You will get it soon", yeah sure. The actual underwear looks nice and is soft but very thin, I don't expect it to last very long. I got a 15% off coupon with the parcel but I am not going to use it, just NEVER ordering from them again. There's many other bamboo clothing companies so you're bound to find a better one elsewhere.
