This is a bad company, I bought items on April 3th and now April 23th still haven’t gotten my order. I tried to contact them multiple times on email and instagram and have no reply. The tracking on Shopify is useless. I think I’ll need to be refund because this is a scam. And I saw a lot of people having the same problem. If you want my opinion save your time and money and don’t buy their stuff
Placed an order on the 4th of April. Tried contacting via email, web form, social media. No replies. Already 3 weeks past, no updates on Shopify app as well. Contacted my credit card company for a dispute today, as this is most likely a scam at this point.
Ordered on April 6, 2025 package hasn’t ship as of April 23. I’ve contacted them twice to get an update on my shipping status and similar to the most recent review, haven’t been hearing from them yet.Try to avoid getting into a similar situation if you can (as good as the sale / deal looks like, because what’s the point if you don’t get the items 😅).At least until people report this shipping issue being solved…Update 1: still didn’t ship as of April 30. Update 2; received items over a month later, color of some items don’t match what was shown on the website, quality is « meh » with some item not even feeling like bamboo. The quality seem to have dropped compared to what i’ve ordered a year ago. Poor experience overall, I won’t be purchasing again from them even, unfortunate as I really wanted to support a canadian company.
