Ordered boxers for my boyfriend and went by their size chart. Which said medium is for 31-33" waist. When it arrived, I measured it and it was only 27" (28" at best). It's stretchy but not that stretchy.. Even though the material is soft, the stitching around the waistband is really rough, sharp and ichy.From their women's section, I ordered a thong (size S for 26-27" waist, based on their recommended size) It's probably like a UK XXS or XS. It's such a shame, because for this amount of money, you'd expect a decent quality :(In the future I'll just stick with Loungeunderwear (have ordered from them multiple times and their customer service is amazing and their sizes are spot on)
Cute underwear, but not high quality. It's viscose bamboo, not bamboo. Bras don't support heavy breast very well. Quite expensive even when on sales. Company's website is only English when the it should be bilingual since it's a Québec company.Please note that this is an exclusively men owned company.
Overall I was disappointed. Given the high price point of this underwear I expected really great quality and good customer service but didn’t really receive either. The site claims their underwear to be super comfy and soft and whilst the actual bamboo fabric is very soft I found the trims and straps to be of much lower quality and quite uncomfortable to wear. I also had a problem with the sizing. I ordered two different styles of brief in the same size but whilst one fit perfectly, I could barely get the other one on!I emailed customer service about my issues but they haven’t responded. So whilst the design of the underwear is nice, I’d save your money and shop elsewhere. There are much better bamboo underwear companies which are cheaper, better quality, more comfortable and have much better customer service.
Awful customer service, ordered almost a month ago and haven't recieved anything. When I asked why the delays and to make sure everythings fine she just said "with the current situation expect delays :)"I tried to write revies on their Instagram and got blocked. Complete scam.
Terrible customer service. They don’t speak English as well as their website presents itself (they’re based in Quebec so their first language is French). I ordered over $100 worth of items and when the package was noted as delivered I was excited to try everything, but the package was missing. Reported this to Bamboo customer service and was told I would need to wait until USPS got back to them as they would have to open an investigation. First of all, shipping with USPS is not a good idea if you’re sending more than $100 worth of things. They are unreliable, and tracking is often wrong/delayed. Also USPS will never get back to you in regards to missing packages, so expecting that is silly. I had to email BAMBOO to follow up instead of them keeping me informed. It’s been four weeks and I’m still arguing with them via email about getting a refund. My friend who had recommended them actually said she’s going to return what she ordered because the items are NOT comfortable or 100% bamboo as they advertise. Overall it strikes me that this company is a sham. Really bummed because I was so excited to finally find a company which uses Bamboo exclusively.
Good points: Received items after 2 weeks from USA to UK which seem to be of good quality and comfortable. The bra I ordered (Medium) was a very good fit, but the high cut briefs I ordered are on the larger side, so would order small instead of medium in the future.Bad: It states on their website that it is free worldwide shipping, but what they fail to mention is that you get charged import VAT. This for me came to £20 when combined with the Royal Mail handling charge, which is nearly half the cost of the items I bought! I really feel there should be more transparency on this on their website, since I’ve never had this problem when having items from other parts of the world. I would like to purchase items again, but not with this added charge. I wouldn’t of minded paying a delivery fee, but the fact it was unexpected has bothered me.
