I had a couple items go missing in my order and they quickly resolved the issue by refunding me for those items and shipping replacements. Horrible horrible!!

Horrible horrible!!! Do not buy anything from them! Ordered sets for my wife on December 5. Still have not received them on Jan 20. I have emailed them and asked for a refund and they have gone silent. Complete trash. I reported them to the BBB and will be filing a claim with my bank. Edit as of 2/5/25: they put their little comments below that an agent will reach out to make this right. No one has reached out and nothing has been done. Don’t trust these morons
