Terrible company. There is no customer service, they will blatantly ignore your emails. There was a missing item (ankle length socks) in my shipment weeks ago, still waiting for a reply. My bralette broke down after first wash (gentle cycle, cold water, air dry) and the cardboard promo codes sent out with the packaging expired days before I received it. The only way to get their attention is to spam their social’s comment section. Do not buy from this company, if I could give zero stars I would. I highly regret my purchases.
It's really the lack of customer service here. I wanted an exchange. Emailed them several times about it for a month. I ended up commenting on their Instagram posts to get their attention. They deleted my first comment with no response. I commented a second time and they finally got back to me. Not before they deleted the comment again. I set up the exchange immediately... and didn't hear back from them for another month. Meanwhile, I am emailing them asking for information. FINALLY they responded. I just asked for a refund, which they processed, but could not get back the shipping fee. Such a shame. Never ordering from them again.
I received the leggings with hole and this is very upsetting. The special thing is that no one responds to my emails since Wednesday! I am just so upset how can they send such products to the buyers. in such a bad condition. Doesn't anyone check it before sending it? Their product looks like very poor quality as well. I try so hard to exchange it. I am disappointed!!! So so much!!!
I really hate to have to write this review, but I’m really disappointed in how this brand has deteriorated. I already sent the below email to customer support, but in addition only after a couple of wears, my leggings have holes in them.The material is now so basic; the prior fabric had a beautiful silky quality and a sheen that made them look beautiful, the new fabric is basically like every other pair of crappy cotton leggings that I could have got at Ardene. They're also not full length/long, and appear to be a 3/4 length.
I ordered a pair of underwear and a matching bralette and when they came there were some small marks and a hole near the band of the bralette. I emailed the company with pictures of the marks and hole and they were very quick to respond as well as very friendly and easy to deal with. They are sending products to replace the ones with defects, which I am very appreciative of. I have many products from them and I will definitely continue with this business.
