Review Time
I have received one order from them successfully and the panties were nice. Since then, I have tried to make 2 separate orders that I have needed to cancel because the company waited an extremely long time before even printing a shipping label (beyond a week.) Customer service notified me that this is because they were running behind due to a sale they were having. Last week, I figured that since there are no active sales- that I should receive my product in an exceptional amount of time. Unfortunately, I paid for express shipping and today, one week later, they still have not made any progression with the order. There has not been any shipping label created and the package hasn’t been delivered to a carrier. It’s like they just sit around twiddling their thumbs while people wait for their orders, which are not modestly priced. I have requested a third refund and customer service has not responded to me. My best advice would be to find another company that cares about their customers, because this one obviously doesn’t.
Correct size ordered the same as my current boxers. After washing on low temperature, the legs became baggy,riding upwards,and the waste band became loose. So much hype about these,impulse buyers beware. Not at all happy with my purchase.
It has been over a month and I am still waiting for them to ship the package? There’s no contact information that I can find…. There is a package tracking number with an outfit I’ve never heard of before…. Maybe it’s because the company is based in Canada and I’m in the States? Regardless…. No updates…. I’m beginning to think I was scammed….
