Scam company

This company has become a huge scam. Such a bummer too because I purchased some of their products a few years ago and loved them, so decided to order more from them last year in May, 2024. I never received the package, I went back and forth with “customer service” for MONTHS barely getting a response from them every other week and they lied each time claiming they would send the package and eventually they ghosted me after I asked for my money back after about 5 months of trying to get the package shipped and of course they never refunded me. I would not recommend buying from them as you may never see your money again.

Incredibly disappointed with this…

Incredibly disappointed with this company recently. Although I don't think this company is a complete scam, their costumer service lately has been abysmal. I've ordered from this company multiple times and at first their customer service was great. When I sent pictures of a fraying band on my bralette after only having it 2 weeks, they sent a replacement for the defective product immediately and I was super impressed. However, I just ordered about $150 worth of matching sets and boxers, and 4 of the items received were the wrong size or wrong colour. No big deal, so I thought. It took sending 4 emails before someone finally responded. I thought it was obvious that the company messed up and should send the correct items. Nope. They told me that they would only process the exchange and send the correct items once I pay to send the incorrect items back. I said I would happily send the incorrect items back if they send me a prepaid shipping label, because it was the company's error, not mine. They responded that it's their policy that "client's pay return shipping" ... which would make sense if I ordered the wrong size and wanted to exchange them... but that's not what happened. They then offered me free shipping on my next order - which I explained wasn't helpful because I always spend over $100 and get free shipping, and I didn't think that was enough to correct the error... especially now that some of the items I ordered are out of stock. After they stopped responding, I tried to reach out to them through Instagram and someone did respond, but as soon as I gave them my order number and told them the situation, they stopped responding and no one has replied to my email in 4 days. It's now been 2 months and there's been no resolution. I honestly just want the items I ordered, and if the company sent them I'd be happy to change my review, as I do really like the items I've received in the past, but until they figure out their customer service I can't see myself recommending this company to anyone, or ordering anything else.

Buyer beware! Customer service is nonexistent. Before buying try and call the company. You can’t. IMHO if you can’t communicate with the company, you should reconsider your decision to purchase.

This is a total scam

This is a total scam, do not order from them! I got a weird feeling before I ordered, and tried to google if they were a scam, but couldn’t find anything about the company(clue #1) I only saw this page after the fact😭 I ordered over $100 of products on 8/29/23. I received a really fishy confirmation email that went straight to my spam folder(clue #2), but never any notice that it shipped. It was supposedly 5-7 day delivery and it’s been that and it hasn’t even shipped. I tried to call the merchant # to figure out what’s going on and it was a creepy sounding foreign guys voicemail(clue #3). The transaction is listed as ‘computer software stores’(clue #4) on my discover card app… finally today I called to file a claim with Discover. They are crediting me back the full purchase amount unless ‘bamboo underwear’ can prove they shipped the items to the correct address. Thank goodness for Discover! Lesson learned- always do a serious google search of any new company to see if it’s a scam before purchasing anything ever! If you’ve already ordered from them keep a close eye on your financials, I wouldn’t put anything last these creeps. I will also be posting about it on all my social media to try and save others from the irritation.

Wrong items

Ordered three item, two were soft and quite nice but the third was the wrong item. It also was ripped. Contacted customer service MULTIPLE times and never ever received a single response. Not once. No way to call anyone, no live chat. Just an email address no one responds to.

A complete scam, poor customer service

This represents a complete scam. Anticipate no arrival of your shipped items. I bought on their online website 8 moths ago, yet the product never reached me. Their customer service took a month to respond with an unoriginal reply. Despite spending $100, the product remains undelivered even after 8 months. It's advisable to steer clear of this exceptionally poor company.

Very bad customer service

If I could give 0 stars, I would... I placed an order, never received a shipping confirmation, contacted them about it, and never got an answer. Finally received a package, but with the wrong items... Contacted them again, multiple times, and no answers again. Until I commented on their Facebook and Instagram. They then asked me to return the items, at my expenses, send them the tracking number, and they would just then send me my original order. No way. I asked for a refund. Waiting on it now. You would think they'd send my items asap and give me a discount or something at least. Nope. Nothing. Stay away from this business.

No way to return the order

How can I return my order? I emailed them twice and filled out a form on their website, no reply… It’s been 2 weeks. There is no other way to process a return. What’s going on? I didn’t expect this shady business and won’t order from them again.
