An absolute shower!I bought a bath and side panel, admittedly 11 months past. However due to Covid complications, I left the equipment "as delivered", until today.Having set the bath legs to the recommended height (in my bedroom as a dry run), I then unpacked the side panel and noticed a split on the top crease.I then sent an email to the Bathcenter, with photos that clearly highlighted the bedroom dry run and the plastic packing still on the equipment; the response received was that I had exceeded the 30 day return and quoting the cost of a replacement panel at circa 150 GBP.Absolutely disgusted with them and would never use them again.
Bought a bath that was the wrong size contacted customer services and Martin at The Bath Center couldn’t have been more helpful, talked me through the range they stock and worked out a bath that would fit and what type of bath that would suit the space, they kept me informed of the new delivery and collection of the mistakenly ordered one, the delivery driver was brilliant and the bath I received was much better quality than my old one and looks great, I can’t recommend them more really great company to deal with.
Worst experience ever, I odered a bathtub online. At the scheduled delivery date the delivery driver called and asked if I could come and meet him to pick up the bathtub with my own car, I declined and the delivery date was rescheduled for the following week. The following week the wrong bathtub was delivered the evening before the agreed delivery date. After complaining and chasing bathcenter to replace the bathtub the correct bathtub was delivered a few days later, missing the protective film and the delivery driver handed me the bathtub legs in a package falling to bits. Never ever I would use this company again.
