The website offers quality products with quite informative product detail. The prices are reasonable and when i was making my order a discount was offered on other items ( I think it was 10% on mixer taps/taps). Also with baths you have certain options to choose standard or premium so suits various budgets. I ordered Beaufort Malin bath 1600 x 700mm reinforced with reinforced bath panels. Delivery came as expected and the delivery driver was kind enough to help lift bath upstairs.

Amazing customer service from Ameena who was so helpful and extremely responsive to my emails as I'd put the wrong address, contact number & postcode!One of our items was unfortunately damaged however we were very impressed to receive a replacement in less than 24 hours.The delivery drivers were also friendly and very helpful to my elderly parents.We would definitely order from Bathcenter again.
Ordered my cabinet on Friday online having spoken to The Bathcenter in Chesterfield. The item arrived Monday lunch time. I chose to collect it and the Manager of the branch loaded it into my car. Very helpful and great to deal with. I rate 5 stars as the whole experience was faultless. Highly recommend The Bathcenter
Had a great experience using Bathcentre.I wanted to edit my Bath size on a bathroom suite I really liked & I thought it was going to be pointless asking but they changed the size without any extra charge & made it so easy. It was delivered really quick & the driver was lovely too. I'd definitely use again on my renvovations.Thank you guys!
Great service whilst buying my mirrored bathroom cabinet. Im really delighted with the quality of it. The company phoned me beforehand to arrange delivery , the delivery driver went the extra mile to find my house and walked the cabinet up a hill to get it to our front door as access is difficult for his van. Excellent, polite and efficient service from start to finish.
