This company is a scam!Did not deliver on the expected day, with the bathroom fitter waiting for the unit (had to pay the trade hours for nothing).Then asked to cancel the order, and was told this was not possible! Not tried to contact them and the currier for cancellation, with on luck.I am glad I paid with credit card, and I will be seeking refund from the card provider and amazon.

I ordered a lovely traditional style radiator at a very reasonable price i must add, i decided to complete the look with additional valves. When they came one was broken. I got a no quibble replacement in no time. I am very happy with the customer service and i would use this company again. Highly recommended. Thank you.Wendy
