Really great store! I have had no issues with any products that I had bought in store and online.There was an accident with payment on posting but managed to sort it all out on Facebook Messenger, the staff were very helpful and managed to get my order to me within days!Recommend this shop to all Warhammer lovers.
Great customer service instore. Now ive moved further away and i now order online with them. Not had any issues bar few delays with royal mail but they have always been clear with comunication. Would recomend as the go to hobby place in brum. Great stock range and available on hand.
Ordered some stuff for Legions Imperialis, after two weeks, nothing had arrived. Tried using their chat box, no responce, tried using the "contact us" option twice, no responce. Tried using the facebook messenger chat, they looked at it as it clearly shows they read my message, still nothing, and the phone just rings outs.I would avoid this place like the plague, they take your money, but gives nothing but silence.
