Review Time
Ordered online a few times now and had fast delivery every time. Every time I had a query the staff responded within quick time. After ordering a few times I decided to go down the show finding a great community and a few niche items. I was hesitant at first after seeing some not very positive reviews but was pleasantly surprised.
I placed a pre-order with Battleground Gaming a couple of weeks ago for the most recent Kill Team expansion. They were the only place that still had pre-order stock at the time and were offering the best prices I could find, so I quickly placed my order to avoid missing out. It was only later that I thought to check out Battleground's reviews, having never shopped with them before. To be honest, seeing all the one-star reviews made me more than a little concerned. However, I needn't have worried. The official release date for the expansion was Saturday the 15th - I got a delivery notice on Friday the 14th and my order (complete with another, in-stock item ordered at the same time as the pre-order) arrived first thing this morning, Monday the 17th. The Haribo and thank-you note were also nice touches.An excellent shopping experience. Would buy from Battleground again.
Staff are friendly, good stock of items and doesn't hang about getting pre orders or normal website orders out. Happily use Battleground Gaming for anything I need, if you need something specific they'll try and get it for you too which is brilliant!
This is a tiny little shop in its current location, always amazing to me to see how much stock a small store can hold. Always great service digitally or in store and always arrived to do as much as possible over multiple orders with me. Always my go to hobby shop these days!
Ordered from Battleground Gaming UK as there was a great offer on. I hadn't heard anything about my order after just over a week, so I dropped a message on Facebook. Joe followed up with Royal Mail and kept me informed. After waiting for Royal Mail to declare the parcel lost, Joe resent my order, which got delivered the following morning. Really grateful for the friendly and efficient service!
