No communication, no refund given for missing item

An edit on 24/04/24 after seeing a recent spate of 5 star reviews on this site I wanted to mention that I have still heard nothing from battle ground gaming even after sending a couple of emails. I would call these reviews dubious in the manner they have appeared. -----------------------------------------------------Purchased some terrain on Feb 13th, received part of the order finally on 9th March. So that order alone took nearly a month to get to me. I wanted to be understanding and didn't email during this time as the banner on the store website says something about been a few days behind after time off so I left alone just expecting sooner or later my stuff would arrive. Anyway I received part of the order on March 9th as mentioned and well expected I'd be refunded as that would make sense. No communication from battleground about the order been short or anything else. So we get to March 18th and I decide to send an email. at this point I have received no acknowledgement from the store about the item missing or mention of a refund for missing item.I send further emails on March 26th, April 3rd, Apr 6th and Apr 10th. Still received no acknowledgement of emails sent, part of the order missing or a refund.I would take the advice of others and spend your cash elsewhere. Personally I will have to look at my options as to how to follow up with complaints else where and email gamesworkshop to mention that one of their stockists is behaving in this manner as clearly others have had issues getting refunds.

Ordered a birthday present for my…

Ordered a birthday present for my boyfriend who I know goes to the shop on a regular basis and plays 40k regularly, the model I ordered was dispatched same day and took around 3-5 days to arrive, brilliant service and for a one-man store he works incredibly hard! 10/10 would buy from again

Placed an order and ghosted

Ordered an item, after a week of no communication or anything and me chasing for a delivery date, decided to log a paypal claim.On day 6 of paypal dispute (they auto refund if nothing heard for 7 days), they reply with a royal mail tracking reference, so paypal didnt refund and case still open while awaiting review.Tracking reference just shows a label was purchased, nothing dropeed off at the Post office.Absolute scam i would advise stay away.

Bit of a faff

Order put in 9th of Feb. 'Shipping update' given on the 13th of Feb, which added a tracking number. Tracking number doesn't update at any point, no items are received. I contact the store on the 20th. As the order is never listed as shipped on their website at this point, I tell them to cancel it and order replacements elsewhere (I open a Paypal claim at this point, based on previous reviews here).I get a reply the next day telling me they sent it on the 16th at the end of the day, but don't acknowledge my cancellation request (fair enough). However, tracking still doesn't change and nothing arrives. Two days after I request the cancellation and the initial reply, I check the tracking and see the items have then been dropped at a Post Office the day after the store has replied to me and seen my messages.In the time it took to get a reply initially, I'd ordered, received and built the items I ordered at the start of the month.I'm now having to wait for this parcel to arrive to return it back. I've just sent it back as I write this review.Edit (8/3/24): Here we are, with tracking confirming the return of the items (collected/signed from delivery office on 1/3/24) and still no refund given a week later.
