Review Time
Ordered a GW preorder, marked as dispatched last week with Royal Mail 48 and still marked as waiting to receive. No reply to email even though on social media are updating posts today and showcasing ordered product. Other reviews posted over last couple of days mirror my experience, absolute scam of a company
Similar experience to others, doesn't respond to emails. Eventually marks as shipped but then doesn't drop off at the Post Office for a week (Post Office is only 3 doors down from the shop).After 27 days of waiting the game eventually arrived, internal box torn and crushed, again no response on email.If local then buy in store but the online experience has been pretty terrible.
Ordered a couple of minis and still waiting for them to be shipped after a week, I have emailed them, messaged them on Facebook and tried calling a few times to see when they would be shipped but no answer and left on read on Facebook, I wouldn't recommend, I am now going to have to get in touch with my bank for a refund. Won't be bothering with these again, avoid.
Battleground Gaming is an awful company and please avoid. I placed an order on 18/12 for my son's xmas present. There was a banner saying the last day for xmas deliveries was 20/12 so well within this. I've emailed them a number of times and called and there's been no response. Today is 24/12 and there is an email saying the item has been dispatched and using the Royal Mail tracking there are no updates. I paid £4.50 for the privilege of shipping. The company is a joke and I will be raising this with my credit card company. Please avoid and shop elsewhere. I now have a disappointed son.
My order took a very long time to arrive, with the site offering no explanation after me reaching out several times to them. When it did arrive, parts were missing, and they still did not get in contact with me. Terrible customer service and I'm surprised to see so many positive reviews after my own experience
There is no customer service. I have tried for a week to call them and the line is constantly busy. I have sent several emails and for over a month there has been no response. Message has been sent even on instagram and no response. What do people have to do in order to get a hold of yourselves?
