The worst ever. DO NOT order from them. Customer service is horrible. Clothing is poor quality, sizing is way off and to return, you have to send to China. The cost to return toChina is 3-4 times the cost of the actual item. Customer service does not work with you. You can’t talk to anyone. It’s all done via email . I have been in the customer service for 40 years and if the company I worked for treated my clients the way this client does, they would have been out of business years ago and as the employee, I would have been out of a job years ago. Do yourself a favor, save your money and DO NOT order from them
The processing info is a joke. Here it's been 3 weeks since I have ordered and my order is just now at "sorting location." This company is not forthcoming. I would not order from them. I'm down to the wire as I have a cruise and no suits. Such a joke. Don't waste your money.
I love this store too much! it is full of many fashionable, quality items at truly accessible prices! plus the shipping is super fast and the package arrives at home well packaged. customer service is also great. very kind and helpful. It is a shop that I absolutely recommend.
I shopped for the first time with Beachsissi. The quality of clothes was very poor. I returned most part of the ordered items, but no refund was received. The pavkage was stuck in China post ror some customs clearance, but Beachsissi didn't agree to clarify with the post on the issues. Will never shop again there.
