Review Time
I just think it's odd that all the glowing positive reviews are from "customers" in Italy, Spain, Portugal and a couple other European countries who write glowing reviews of several Chinese crap clothing companies which are all probably all owned by the same syndicate. All other reviews are from actual US and other customers mentioning the sizes and quality are awful and the return policy is a ripoff. If a company contact info lists a Chinese address and just an email you know it's going to be crap. I won't he ordering from them. Just pay a little more and order from legit US companies.
The return policy is confusing and not standard. Basically if you need to return something you have to pay to ship it back to China! And there’s no guarantee it’ll get there. They want you to keep the items then offer to send you another item if you pay shipping, or offer partial refunds to keep the items. The sizing is small so order up 1 size. Overall I’d stick to American Made products in the USA! Buyer beware items sent from CHINA.
This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Horrible customer service! I spent $30 to return a package in June 2024. Tracking constantly said going through customs. i just got the return sent back to me after 9 mos and never received a credit. The package was covered in stamps and damaged. Rip off!!
If I could give zero stars, I would have! Ordered a swimsuit and it didn't fit. They offered a refund if I ship it back to CHINA within a week or else I could keep it and get them to send me another size for a mere additional $18. Ha! If you are going to do business in the US, you need to fix your return policy and obtain an address here for us to work with. DON'T ORDER from them. There are plenty of other US based swimsuit manufacturers and distributors to choose from.
Order delivered but bad sizing.i returned the parcel to the address supplied by them, but as yet, after being stationary in China for 5 weeks, is unable to be delivered. I lodged a complaint with the company i sent the return by and they forwarded a phone number for this company to contact. beachsissi say they cant do it…in the meantime i have spent $100 on an order , but got absolutely nothing for it… i kinda feel they know their returns wont be delivered to them…which is why they push for us to take a 15% refund…knowing full well their returns wont getbback to them, so they will not have to pay their 100% refund…..such a shonky business
OMG I wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered! Still haven't received though I ordered over 2 weeks ago, according to reviews I'm not going to be happy once I finally get it. They should have to reveal it is coming directly from China!
Bathing suits were too small. I read reviews and looked at their size chart. Was planning to return all 4 of them for a refund but when I went to post office, I found out that it was going to cost $66 to mail international to China. What a rip off. Will not be ordering from them again and will be very vocal about my experience.
