DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. They claim they will take returns, but do not. I sent a set of items back, at my own expense (which was actually quite expensive, as the return address is in China), and never received the return. COMPLETE SCAM.
Pleasantly surprised!!!! I ordered 4 bathing suits for an upcoming trip hoping at least one would work out. Happy to say they ALL do! I even ordered a size down because I'm working really hard to lose a few lbs before the trip. I could wear these comfortably tomorrow and will look even better down 10 or 20 lbs. Good materials, fast shipping, excellent prices, nice cuts good butt coverage. Could be happier
In order to get a refund, you must send the items back to China! You are then only refunded the amount of the items, less shipping / duty fees. Or, you can keep the items and get 12% of your money back? I wish I would have done my research first. NEVER WILL I BUY FROM THEM AGAIN! The item is too big and it's the smallest size sold, so no exchange possible there. Also, the item is so much cheaper quality than what is presented in the photo you are buying from. I think they must create a cheap knock off of an actual item, use such item for advertising, then send you the cheap version. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!
Same as everyone else… I ordered three suits in June for my vacation. They took weeks to arrive and came while I was gone in July. I have been trying to get in contact with them to return, and have had zero response. Do not use this company if you plan to return any of the items your purchase.
I had an issue with a dress being 1 inch shorter in the back than the front. I sent 4 pictures and they asked for more. I sent 2 more showing the dress is clearly shorter and looked ridiculous. They offered for me to pay $16 for a $34 dress to send it back on a DEFECTIVE dress. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have never experienced such poor customer service in my life.
The clothes are very very cheap. The sizes are either way too big or way too small. The customer service is thee worse. IF you try to return it will cost HUNDREDS of dollars to return to China!! They will keep your money and send you more crappy clothes as a refund!! They got me this time BUT NEVER AGAIN. DO NOT BUY!!!!
