I recently purchased a swimsuit and was extremely pleased with it. The quality of the fabric is excellent: it is soft to the touch, durable and dries quickly. The design is modern and fashionable, with bright colors that do not fade after several washes. In addition, the swimsuit offers an excellent fit due to its stretch and well-finished seams, which ensure comfort and freedom of movement both in and out of the water. Even after long swims, the swimsuit stays in perfect shape without deforming. Finally, the value for money is unbeatable, making this swimsuit a highly recommended purchase for those seeking style, comfort and durability.
Horrible quality. Basically no return policy ad you have to pay yourself to ship it back to China. Was in an opened package obviously already returned from someone else when I got the item. No thanks, I don't want 10% back or to pay $35 to ship back to China. Item was ugly, cheap, and not as pictured.
My wife brought some items and found the fabric horrible and the sizing not good. She opted for a full return which cost over $35.00 as it had to go to China. They claim it never arrived so got $0 refund. 6 months later it arrived back here with a china stamp. I shared photos with company and tried again for refund. All they could say was that is bad luck, customs must have returned it???They then had the cheak to ask if I wanted to try and sent it back again, another $35 to same address in China. You have to be kidding…They take no responsibility for their products…DO NOT BUY FROM this company they are FRAUDULENT..
This companies return policy is ridiculous. They give you 15 days, no exceptions. I received the product with no invoice or receipt and no return instructions. I had to email them to get instructions. When they emailed me back, was past the deadline. No exceptions. I will not do business with them going forward. The items are cute but very cheaply made.
I would give negative stars if that was an option. Do not believe the “free return” they claim. You cannot return. They ship from a US warehouse but you are not allowed to return to that. If you want to return they require you to ship to China which costs more than you paid for the clothes. They offer you a choice of $40 to keep everything or they will ship you 2 free items. If those options do not work you need to pay to ship it back to China knowing full well that no one will do that. The clothes are cheap which I had anticipated but the sizing is completely off and the items look nothing like the pictures on the website. I have ordered from other companies like this and had a good experience. This one is the worst. Will not be buying again.
