Do not buy from this company. I ordered 2 swimsuits/get 3rd one free. One of them didn’t fit and wanted to return it, it cost me an arm and leg to return to China. I couldn’t get my free one, but they said I could get one at 50% off. I responded affirmatively and asked how I would go about it, they never responded!!! Recently, I bought 3 bathing suits, they double charged my account, I sent them documentation of the overcharge, but my issue was never resolved as they never responded to my numerous follow-up emails. All I get is the same canned emails, that an agent would get back to me. My issue was never resolved…ripped me off for $100!!! Not happy with their business ethics.
Mailed returns back in the time frame on 2/14.I sent documentation to show that it had been mailed. It has set in customs 5 months. I have reached out to them several times. Now, they tell me they can't refund me because it has been too long. This company is a rip off. My total order was 110.00. I paid 35.00 to return.
Total sham company. Ship to you local but if you need to return, then you pay expensive shipping back to China and they do not have clearance through customs so you don’t get your refund as they claim to have not received the goods. Goods are exceptionally poor quality and the company will talk their way out of any issues so you get stuck with return shipping. I suggest they use photographs of quality items and then use substandard manufacturing to replicate the garments which are of the poorest quality and cheap fabric. Do yourself a favour, avoid purchase as it only leads to heartache, hours of wasted time chasing refunds and lost shipping costs both ways. Took 4 months to resolve
Same experience as “Buyer Beware”! Suits way too small.Large expense sending back to a very strange address in China.The post office first said it was not a valid address but finally accepted it.I did get my refund - only because I paid with PayPal .Months after I returned it-it was mailed back to me.Tracking said “sitting in customs” for months.
