BUYER BEWARE!! I will never buy from Beachsisi again!I purchased a dress that didn’t fit, it was poor quality fabric. I emailed customer support for a return. It took 72 hours and 4 emails to get a response from them. I had to pay to return item back to China. This company is a scam they took my $45.00 I paid for the dress and refunded pittance on the dollar!
HORRIBLE COMPANY LOCATED IN CHINA WHICH THEY DISCLOSE NO WHERE ON THEIR SITE. Customers should be informed of where they are shopping to understand delayed shipping. Their customer service is practically impossible to reach and when contact is made, they are unprofessional, rude and provide zero assistance.
Horrible customer service. Researched their return policy before purchasing swim suits. Was not informed I can only get 40$ back or have to pay to ship the items to China if I want a full refund. None of this is represented on their website. Have 6 suits I am trying to return that are worth approximately 200$. Leon in customer service is unwilling to help. I would NEVER order from this company.
I ordered 2 cute sundresses for a trip. The website stated they would arrive July 2 at the latest. (Ordered 7 days in advance). They were SHIPPED July 2 & I don't receive in time for my trip. Wanted to keep one and return the other and it costs $35 to return a $35 dress bc it's from China. Very low quality material and they gave me a 10% r refund and had me keep the dress. Looks great online but very cheap cotton material. I don't recommend.
Horrible! I didn't check reviews. I refuse to buy from any Chinese company because the quality is awful, sizes are always off, and returning is impossible!! These were my choices when I wrote the company about wanting to return. Spend more money for another crappy item, receive 10% back (which would be $4.50), or spend $28 to return and hope I get a refund. I had a bad experience in 2018 with a Chinese company and to never get scammed again. Lesson learned!A) Get a new item without return: we can resend you 1 new product if you agree to pay the shipping cost USD$18 without return. (Most customers would like to choose this)B) Fast partial refund without return: You keep the original product without return, we refund 10% of the product. This way can save you much effort and time.C) Full refund on returned products: If you are prefer to return and ask for refund, please arrange return to address provided below within 7 days and provide a valid return tracking number. We will refund you after we receive your return.
I ordered 2 summer dresses for a total of $80. They were too small and very thin, almost see through material. To return them would have cost me $30 per the post office as they had to be sent to China with a tracking code. The return wasn't in their 15 day return time frame, so I was given the option to keep them and they would refund me 10% of my purchase price!! What a joke!
Items are not true to size. Ended up needing to return. Return options aren't good. They offered to give me a partial return of 10% where I keep the items I don't want. Second option was to mail back to China that I have to pay for then I can hope for a full refund. Third option was they'll send me 2 new items but I pay $35 shipping. All options werent great. I'm basically out of $.
