Middlebrook Horich , Service was horrible, specific server told us we could have a table yet have no service and use the app (that wouldnāt let several of us order) so some people were finished by the time other just got their food. Other customers getting treated like royalty yet us a group of lads were treated very differently with dirty looks no service, no checking to see we were alright using the app which was obvious been as half of us had no food. On leaving one couple were treated very nicely ābye hope you had a great time and we will see you soonā but we just got a turned nose.The food is poor , portion sizes are stingey to be frank , pizzas were covered in grease , pasta was like it had just been microwaved .I wouldnāt be returning advising it to anyone else.
Went in for a quick bite to eat before cinema. Coffee lovely. Buffalo pomodoro varied from stone cold to luke warm. I thought the food would be made fresh not microwaved. No time to wait for a replacement. Luckily it's opposite Poundland so I could get a sandwich.
I have to say I am appalled by the customer service at the Telford restaurant! Itās not the first time I have tried to get a table and been turned away by the rude staff on the door! I just went in with my husband and 3 little children at 6pm on a Tuesday when the restaurant is empty and the lady with the red hair rudely told me she didnāt have a table because she had a large group coming in! This is the 3rd time they have done this to me and it is ridiculous! The restaurant is empty and they claim they have ābig groupsā coming in which I believe is a lie because I just looked and I can still book to go in online! So I think they just donāt want to bother serving you! Lazy and extremely rude! And they have done it multiple timeās, what an awful way to run a business!
Just back from Whinfell Centerparcs. Service in Bella Italia was very slow and some of the pasta was cold. We didn't complain because we were already running late for an activity and we did not have any faith that we would get our food back with any haste. We gave ourselves 2hr30 for dinner but were still late. From the outside it looks as if the problem is that multiple tables arrive at the same time. Even our drinks were incredibly slow. Must say that our waiter was very friendly and apologetic but no comment from the senior member of staff who seemed to be floating about but not engaging with anyone. Will not be going back.
I purchased a £100.00 Bellaitalia gift card online on February 2nd to give to my son on his birthday I received an email thanking me and saying a gift card would be sent out! Unfortunately I did not receive the card and had completely forgotten I was meant to receive. On my sons birthday I just gave him the confirmation letter and due to covid he was unable to go to London as planned. The voucher was then put in a drawer until last week 28th October when my son went to London with family and attempted to pay with the confirmation email! He was told he had to have a gift card. I've contacted Bellaitalia gift card several times and they apologised and said I could have another gift card or refund I chose a refund but have now been told the gift card had been used so I cannot have a refund!!!
When I go into Bella Italia for meals out, the food is excellent quality and delicious. But I decided to order from Deliveroo today and all the food was incredibly cold, quality was awful and the lasagna looked microwaved? Iām shocked because I paid a lot for bad quality items. I don't think Ā£13 for a microwaved looking lasagna is okay, very unhappy.
