Review Time
We ordered delivery from the Coventry branch. The Pasta was ok, but the pizza was the worst I have ever had in my life. No one seems to be able to make a decent pizza these days. It was thin, cold, dry and tasteless; hardly any cheese and no oil on it. They seem to put plastic cling film stuff on pizza now instead of proper cheese, they must have a special microscopic spreader. The garlic flatbread was just as bad. Never again!
Very poor meal at Milton Keynes on 09.09.2022. Food was cold (nobody checked); drinks had ice in them (weren’t asked whether we wanted ice). Music was so loud, we couldn’t hear anything anyone else said.Poor service due to lack of staff… sat with dirty plates in front of us for 25 minutes. Weren’t offered a dessert. When I asked to take the uneaten pizza home, was just handed a box! As we were entertaining guests, I was thoroughly embarrassed by the whole experience. It took 20 minutes to pay.£55 and a dismal experience.
Order takeaway through ubber eats at Birmingham to then find out the food was actually cooked in an industrial estate kitchen ,was delivered 90 minutes late and stone cold . Both companies blame each other ,both with terrible customer service .unfortunately cannot give 0 star review
Not an enjoyable first experience at Bella Italia St Paul’s in Sheffield. We were waiting over 45 mins for starter and when it arrived a few of the group’s were cold so we sent them back. We ordered some more drinks while we were waiting that never came so we ended up leaving and had to try and find somewhere else to go.
I had a English breakfast at there place in Paddington it’s the worst breakfast I have ever had in my life cold toast I had to ask for butter for it as they never brought it not only that I had I had cold bacon very cold and mushrooms were very cold my poached egg was cooked in vinegar it tasted absolutely vile it tasted the vinegar not egg it was disgusting I threw that for the birds. The waitrose could not apologise enough when I explain to her about everything she said I’m so sorry she was very polite but this is the worst breakfast I have truly ever had in my hole life ever and I was sure in my heart it was going to be nice but it was truly vile and we had to ask them to wipe the table down I will never ever eat there again my life that means any of there places ever after this Extremely appalling food I got it totally put me off there restaurants all to go for any of their food, I stated to the young lady Waitrose young coloured girl wonderful personality she was so apologetic I told her it’s not her fault you have an appalling chef she was so sorry and this was in paddington both me and my friend was having breakfast it came to just over £20 for two of us I refused to pay service charge cause of this
went to have lunch today with my niece and my son,my son decided he doesn't like the food in Bella,so instead he wanted Mcdonald,i bought him Mcdonald and me and my niece went eat lunch in Bella Italia,as soon as we seat on the table the waiter come and after she throws the menu's like bone to dogs,she said my son not allowed to eat other than food from Bella,because the manager doesn't allowed it and is last time when she will allowed this!!First time was when?!!! i explained to her that he is a 6 years old child,he doesn't want no food from there but i will buy lunch, and if is a problem with the box saying Mcdonald on it,she could bring a plate,and if she gets in trouble with the manager i could talk to him!few seconds passed, the lady manager came with attitude, saying that the law is that my son cannot eat other food than Bella's own food and this is the last time she will allow it! i ask her where is written this law?her reply was: i am the law!😳😳😳 ,very rude she turns her back to me after i keep telling her to show me black and white where is written a 6 years old kid cannot eat other food then theirs while i am eating lunch!?Very very desapointed,customer service...NO! is a sad thing because i am working in the industry and making someone uncomfortable while they are trying to haveva bite?!What for? he is just a kid, is not like i was renting the table or asking for food for free!
NO ONE EAT HERE IF YOU HAVE AN ALERGY Will never eat here again!! We where at lakeside for a nice day out with my family and we decided to eat at Bella Italia . We got seated quite quickly but had to wait for 35 minutes to be served. the waiter came over and took our order and asked if there are any allergies which there was my mother is allergic to chilli . So the waiter took our order which should of been a manger because we had a allergy as it’s a legal requirement . We ordered off the set menu we got served our drinks then our starters came out the waiter came back out and said you can’t have the lasagna because the sauce has mixed spice so my mother said I will have the pizza he came back and said can’t have that as it has the same ingredients. So she said I will have the ceaser salad we haven’t got salad so the waiter said I can see if we can do a cheese type sauce and then he came back and said we can’t do that has the same mixed spice . I felt really sorry for the waiter as he felt embarrassed because he couldn’t help the manger didn’t take our order , he didn’t come and talk to us and we where served our starters then to be told she couldn’t order anything off the menu I get chilli isn’t on the list of allergies but should be treated as the same of all the other ones that are out there . So I had to pay £30 for three starters and three drinks my mum felt embarrassed and was disgusted the way the manger was using his staff to tell people things because he didn’t want to deal with it himself .
