Went to Bella Italia in Salford yesterday evening @6.30pm I had Bruchetta for my starter im Gluten free and ordered from the gluten free menu how can you say this is Bruchetta when it was served on a pizza base and tough as old boots I had to ask for a steak knife to cut through the base. My pizza was no much better and no choice what's that about if you can't live up to it then please don't bother its so frustrating and disappointing. I'm so frustrated with this one cross gluten free Sue come on Bella Italia pull your socks up and sort it out oh and yes I did pay for the privilege of eating at this Salford restaurant the only reason I didn't comment to the server was because there were 5 of us and we were out on a lovely evening out that had been planned for months . Get it sorted Bella Italia or don't pretend that you can deliver such a waste of money.
Bella Italia, Baldwin Street. Warm Chocolate Brownie, with white chocolate chunks, served with vanilla gelato and warm chocolate sauce. At least that's what the menu said, it's not exactly what I got. I had four of the most tiny squares of brownie (cold and dry), one scoop of vanilla gelato, almost melted by the time I received it, cold chocolate sauce. Also, the spaghetti bolognese I had was nothing like the photo on the menu. You could probably put on one spoon (teaspoon) the amount of meat that was on my plate. When we came to paying, the price was wrong. All dishes I had chosen had come from the set menu, I was charge a non set menu price. Apparently I should have told the waitress I was ordering from the set menu. The tills are electronic, don't they calculate the price depending on what I have chosen to eat. Overall extremely poor value for money and I won't be going back.
Have had several good meals with Bella Italia but sadly not great today in the Sheffield branch. Long black hair found by my husband in his stater of meatballs. Friends calzone arrived but it was the wrong one, he ordered the one without chicken but one arrived with chicken in. A replacement was provided but sadly the middle was not cooked, raw meat and uncooked cheese was very visible. Very disappointing 😞
Broadstairs Branch located in Westwood CrossThis review is just for the amazing service provided to me and my family by Dave. He catered to our every need, as we had a 3 month baby with us and he made sure to make everything right for us. Impeccable service from Dave!! Bella Italia he is a credit to your company!!!!
Telford branchGood service to begin, we were seated nice and quick, first waitress was a pleasure to deal with, polite and courteous, food was good.Experience let down by the fact we got forgot about for 20-30 minutes with used plates and cutlery on the table, we was going to have a desert but due to the time taken to clear our table and actually get more service we decided against. We asked for the Bill. I just paid this without question, upon review we noticed that we had been charged £8.95 for our child’s meal even though this meal was stated as a promotional £1, upon questioning we were advised we should have produced a code, I re-read the promotional jargon on the website and at no point does it elude to needing a code. The way in which it’s worded suggests that this is something of a standard practice within the promotional times. Very poor practice, the waitress who dealt with our complaint was abrupt and dismissive. For the sake of £7 you have lost repeat visits from us in the future, £7 also cost you this review, must do better! We will head to Zizzi right opposite in future as never had an issue there. You’re welcome 😉
Went to Bella Italia in Salford Quays, the service was slow and confused. Couldn't explain the menu . Also we waited way too long for each food to come . Napkins for each food wasn't provided .Won't come here ever again . Staff is nice and friendly but not experienced .
