I ordered a replacement lid and a set of saucepans and they arrived the next day. I rang about the lid and the young lady I spoke to was most helpful in advising the size I required and how to access it on their website. Having owned one of their saucepans, had no hesitation in choosing BergHOFF for my new kitchen. Great service and product.
No problem with the company or deliveryIt's cheeky to ask for a review of a product you've only been using for 2 weeks though. The pan works well but has 2 drawbacks - the handle screws on and off: it doesn't click like the Woll pans. Secondly, it's not dishwasher safe. Bit of a shame on both fronts.
