Review Time
We purchased some saucepans & frying pans at The Good Food Show in June, having watched their demonstration. Hubby was insistent on buying them but I was reluctant as he has purchased some useless stuff after being taken in by the sales pitch. Imagine my disappointment when he was proved right - they are lightweight but sturdy and when it comes to cleaning, they are ridiculous. Just put them in a bowl of hot soapy water for a few minutes, wipe with a cloth & bingo they are clean. I cannot praise these pans highly enough & will definitely be buying some more.
I have loved my large frying pan. I have used it LOTS and now the inside center of the pan finish is peeling off. I don't want to use it as I am not sure it is safe. Please advise if you help in any way when the pan is out of warranty. I have loved this frying pan.
I watched the video about the marvellous cooking of eggs which cooked without fat in the dry pan, however when I tried it the egg stuck and burnt on . It did easily wash out ok, but I did cook the second egg with a few drops of oil and there was no sticking.In all a good little pan, but a little pricey.
I love berghoff pans. The ones that were delivered were scraped on the connector areas and handles. I contacted support about replacements and was told that the scraping occurred in factory testing. Previous pans I've purchased have not been scraped. I was offered a replacement handle once it had been returned. I didn't bother.
A 5-star range of pans in my opinion, for performance, non-stick, ease of use, and storability. We were fortunate to discover this range of healthy non-stick, no-fat cooking pans last year at a leisure show. I purchased the 2 piece roasting pan for use at home, at a fantastic show price, and am so happy with the performance, they are by far the best pans I own. I like that the non-stick surface of the pans is also non-toxic, unlike many pans on the market. The pans hold the heat and cook well, plus they are very light to handle which is a bonus. So far the durability seems very good, with no flaking of surface or any other damage after a year of constant use, so I'm happy. I use both pans in the oven and on the hob, so very versatile. Being able to use in an oven & hob is so useful (multi-use means fewer pans needed & less cupboard space used!). Plus pans with removable handles are a game changer for us, as they save so much space in our small kitchen, and are so easily packed away. In time I aim to replace all of our pans with the Eurocast collection, as I'm so impressed with them. Customer Service: We contacted Eurocast to enquire about upcoming shows so that we can purchase more pans. A representative got back to us pretty much straight away and gave us all the info we needed. I haven't had any issues at all with the pans I own, so haven't needed to contact them about a problem. But given their quick response and helpfulness, I would recommend both the products and the customer service from my experience so far.*Just to say this is an independent review, I don't often give reviews, but I think this product is worth the praise.
