Review Time
i have had the frying pan for 18 months and the Teflon is coming off.i did complain but am told that the pan has been used empty on to high a heat.this is not true i always put the fat or oil in the pan and then turn it on.i also read on here that you should not use oil in the pans and also someone who had a Teflon pan for 4 years had it replaced.why is everyone not treated equally
I bought one their frying pans followed all instructions, the pan is now not non stick everything sticks when I asked them to replace it as not fit for purpose, fobbed off.What a waste of money, was brainwashed by presentation.
I bought 2 pans at the ideal show home. One of the pans coating has come off. I have twice, emailed the company and have had no response. I registered my warranty within a day of purchase. I have followed all guidelines for use on a low heat, season pan, washing instructions etc. Feeling I have wasted my money. Being ignored is not acceptable. I would like a replacement seeing as the issue occurred shortly after use. Still in use but having to use cooking oil as non stick is non existent .After reply from Berghoff in response to my review- I have checked all boxes in my emails and there is nothing from Berghoff not a single reply other than the one from Trust pilot to say the y replied to my review, so I have emailed a screenshot of my history with Berghoff to show there was no reply.
